Anne POV

I woke up to Elizabeth shaking me,
I open one eye to see her smiling trying to wake me up,
"come over here" i pick her up and throw her onto the bed and starting tickling her, "no-  I, I hcant breath!!!" she squeals out and I stop laughing and ruffles her hair.
I get up and lizzie follows me,
I walk to Cathy's room and I silently open the door.
Lizzie goes to sit on the bed. Her and Cathy didn't talk Alot becuase of what happened but she did apologise but lizzie just, eh

I saw Cathy asleep with her head on her desk. I laugh slightly and bed down to see her face,
Pencil rubbed over her face, I smile and lightly wake her up,
She bolts up and looks around, she sees mae and calms down.
She turns around and jumps seeing me,
"you alright there?" I laugh out and put a hand under her chin and make her face me.
She smiles, pushes my hand away and nods "I'm fine"
She walks over to the bed and goes to wake up mae,
She lightly shook her and she jumps up and ruffles away, Cathy looks worried
"hey, baby it's me, it's mamma" she puts her arms out and mae jumps into her arms and just sits there.
"it's alright baby" she gets up and outs mae on her hip.
I walk over and place a hand on maes back,
She flinched, I guess sits becuase she wasn't given affection as baby and was considered a burden
(sad fact about little Mary)
We walk down and sit down for breakfast, "how's everyone doing?"
Jane says putting down the drinks,
"I didn't have a nightmare lastnight!" kitty said, we smile at how happy she seemed,
Mary dragged herself into the room and sat down beside catherine,
"you look dead Mary" Anna laughs out as Mary gives her a death look,
Cathy puts a hand on her back with a smile,
She puts mae on her lap and we start to eat.

No one's pov

They ate and mae wouldn't touch her food, Cathy got worried,
"hey baby. If u eat your food, maybe we can go down to the library and get cookies?" they all heard and mae perked up and started to eat,
"exactly like her mother" Catherine said looking over to Cathy with a smirk.
"what?" Cathy looks confused over to Catherine.
Anna smirks and answers the question
"if ur over working yourself we suggest to go somewhere you really like and you stop for a bit" they laugh a bit and Cathy just huffed. 
She went back to eating and mae had already finished,
Mae get up and walked up the stairs, "where's she going?" kitty says looking up the stairs, Cathy laughs quietly and says "she likes to do stuff herself, unless she really needs it" catherine smirks and
"as I said, exactly like her mother" Cathy smiled and went somewhat wide-eyed and laughs.

At the library

Mae was  reading and Cathy was reading over the blurb of a book she was thinking about buying,
Cathy felt a small tap on her leg, she looked down to see mae with some tears in her eyes.
"awe baby" she picks her up and see Anne's car outside. She looks at mae
"how about we go get cookies, buy this book and you can tell me whats wrong" she says lifting her chin a little to met her gaze,

Mae gives a small nod and rubs her eyes   putting her arms around Cathy's neck.
She walks to buy the books and walks out to the car, she sees Elizabeth and Anne, she smiles at Anne's smile at her.
She gets in and puts mae on her lap.
"where now?" mae looks up and goes to speak but stops..
"come on baby, you say where u wanna go" mae doesn't talk much so Cathy and the others try to get her to speak as much as they can.
"cookies?" mae looks over to Anne with a small smile. Anne and Cathy look at each other and smile,
"of course little one" she pats Anne's head, mae looks back to lizzie and smiles at her, lizzie smiles back to be mean to the 4year old.

They get there, Anne's waiting in the car, lizzie with Cathy and mae ,
"you want this one sweet?" mae nods and waits patently.
"which one do you want lizzie?" Cathy looks down at lizzie as she looks up shocked.
"it's a bit expensive" she whispers, Cathy smiles and bends down
"pick whatever one you want" lizzie smiles and points to a double mint chocolate chip,
Cathy bought them, mae got chocolate chip with sprinkles (idk okay)

Cathy also gets one for her and Anne.
There sitting in the car on the way home.
Eating their cookies, mae perks up
"thank you mama" Cathy smiles and looks down at her,
"I'm glad your speaking so it's your treat" mae smiles and squeals quietly and hugs Cathy.
"thanks Cathy." lizzie says from the back,
Cathy looks into the mirror and smiles
"it's alright. Anytime you girls want to get cookie, you can come to me" mae and lizzie smile and say okay..

They got home and the girls were out like a light, they were in Anne's room.
Anne and Cathy were in Cathy's room,
Anne had her hands on Cathy's hips and Cathy had her head on Anne's chest.
"I love you" Anne whispers and kisses her head.
"I love you too" Cathy mumbles and puls her to bed and cuddle against her.
Suddenly their was a small knock
"mama?" mae comes in dragging a sleepy lizzie.
Cathy smiles and lifts the children up to the bed, lizzie cuddles against Anne and mae gets on top of Cathy and cuddles into her neck,.
Anne leans down to kiss lizzie head,
She turns her head and mets Cathy's.
She puts their forehead to eachtoehr, Anne leans a bit down to kiss her.
Cathy smiles and pulls back and cuddles against her. With one arm over mae.
They all fell asleep after some time
