Jooheon's POV

I walked into a dark alley as Changkyun, Jackson hyung, and Jungkook followed me behind. We walked deeper into the alley until our eyes met a dead end. All four of us stood there, facing the dark and narrow end, and I heard someone say, "Oh my, my. Lee Jooheon, you really are a part of this kind of world."

A tall figure then walks out from the shadow to reveal himself with someone behind, following him.

I then let out a breathy chuckle, "Chae Hyungwon. I shouldn't be so surprised. So, are you done with this fishing game of yours? Or are you really gonna buy something?

"Well, actually, I'm not gonna buy anything, but I'm gonna make a proposal. So, here's a heads-up, I know about Lee Y/N," he said.

My whole body froze when I heard that statement.

"What about her?" I asked, keeping my cool facade on. My heart is literally pounding. What the hell did he mean by that?

"I don't know. Probably some things like she was drowned, she's in the hospital, and I think you might just have a soft spot for her," said.

"First of all, you thought wrong. Second, how the fuck do you know any of these things?" I asked.

"So, it is true. You do have a soft spot for her, don't you? Do you love her?" he asked.

I didn't answer that question. In fact, I've been asking that question myself and I seemed to always find myself dodging the thought away.

"Anyways, to answer your earlier question, I have eyes and ears," Hyungwon said again.

"So, I have a proposition to make. Remember the contract we talked about? I asked Hwasa-ssi and spoiler alert, she's saying yes to the contract. So, I think I will too. And, I was thinking, what if I get you to say yes to every of my demands in the contract and in return, I'll act like Y/N doesn't exist. How about that?" he asked.

With my eyes locked tightly to his, I said, "Hard pass."

He then laughed and said, "Well, then I guess you're gonna have to say goodbye to her."

"What the fuck did you-"

My words were then cut off by my ringtone. I took out my phone and looked at who called, "Vernon."

"We're not done yet," I said to him before running back to the car. The other three guys got in and told Suga hyung to get us to the hospital as fast as he could. And without wasting any more minutes, we were on the way back. All I could remember was Hyungwon standing there calmly and slightly smirking as he watched us rush to the car.

Son of a bitch.

Y/N's POV

I lifted my head from the book as I heard a loud thud coming from outside the room.

"What the fuck," I whispered to myself as I slowly closed the book and putting it on the bedside table. Suddenly, the door was kicked open and two guys started walking in and towards me. I then started to panic as one of them grabbed my hand and pinned them on the bed.

I started crying as I realized that they were covering my mouth with a white cloth that I'm pretty sure contained chloroform. And by then, I stopped trying to break free and found myself in an unconscious state.

Jooheon's POV

I ran out of the car as soon as we arrived, entering the hospital and to Y/N's room. But when I got there, Vernon was sitting on a chair and breathing heavily. His cheek was slightly bruised, the room was slightly messy, and the bed was empty.

Vernon then said, "Hyung, I tried. But, they took her. I'm so sorry."

I didn't answer him, but instead I yelled out clear and loud, "FUCK."
