Can't Live Without You

CH. 17

~Bakugo and Todoroki's Confrontation~

"What the hell did you just say!?", Todoroki said releasing dominating pheromones.

"You heard me, Deku and I are dating", Katsuki said with a grin.

"Like hell you are, I'm sure you just took advantage of him last night after the scene you caused", Todoroki said, words laced with anger.

As the two were continuing to go back and forth throwing insults at one another, Kirishima and some of their teammates were standing in between the two to prevent the alphas from having an all-out brawl. Luckily the team has to exit through the back of the gym, and it was early in the morning, so no one was around to hear or see the two fighting. Kirishima took it upon himself to call Izuku to help settle the argument between the two.

"How do you think Izuku's gonna feel when he finds out you're still dating Camie, huh?", Todoroki said.

'Why the fuck does he still think I'm dating Camie, this asswipe?', Bakugo thought. Sure the only people he's told that he's broken up with Camie was Kirshima, Denki, Mina, and Izuku of course, but something didn't sit well with how Todoroki said it. Did he know something Bakugo didn't?

"For your fucking information, me and that cheapskate broke up almost a month ago. Izuku is the only one I'm dating and the only person I will ever date!", Bakugo exclaimed.

Todoroki was taken a back by the statement, but that wasn't going to stop him trying to date Izuku. He was in denial with the idea that Izuku and Bakugo were actually dating.

"Well then I guess I'll just have to change his mind. I'm sure a kiss is all it'll take", Todoroki said with a smirk.

Bakugo was enraged by this remark and was wrestling his way through his teammates to attack the bi-colored haired alpha; Todoroki doing the same. As the teammates were losing their strength to hold the two alphas back, Izuku arrived at the scene.

"Kacchan, what's going on?", Izuku said as he hoped off Shinso's scooter releasing distress pheromones, a look of worry and fear written all over his face.

Bakugo forgot about his mission to beat-up Todoroki and quickly went to Izuku's side.

"Midoriya, is it true? Is it true that you and Bakugo are...?", Todoroki said, unable to finish his sentence because it made him want to hurl.

"Todoroki-kun, I'm so sorry, but ... Kacchan and are together now", Izuku said as he took a hold of Bakugo's hand, looking up at the blonde alpha.

"Why? You know how I feel about you? I confessed to you; Why did you choose him over me?", Todoroki asked.

Bakugo took a step forward ready to rebuttal, but Izuku placed his hand on the alpha's chest indicating for him to stop. He looked up at the blonde with a smile letting him know that he will be okay. Bakugo stepped back, let go of Izuku's hand, and he began to make his way to Todoroki.

"Todoroki-kun, ever since high school I knew you had romantic feelings for me.", Izuku said.

"If you knew then why didn't you do anything about it?", Todoroki asked

"It's like you said, I like Kacchan, I always have. I have loved Kacchan for as long as I can remember, and I just cannot get over these feelings no matter how hard I try. Even when this whole one-month reply, my answer to your confession was going to be no. I didn't want to date you if I wasn't going to give it my all, and I am so sorry. I really want us to continue to stay friends, you're someone I really look up to when I need someone to talk to and I do not want to lose what we have. Todoroki-kun, I'm so sorry", Izuku said as he hugged the alpha who looked like he was close to releasing tears.
