Can't Live Without You

CH. 35

"*sigh* I'm so nervous", Izuku said as he gazed at himself in the mirror.

"Don't worry honey, you'll be fine", Inko said.

"Your mother is right son. You look so handsome, I'm sure Bakugo won't know what to do when he sees you", Toshinori smiled towards his son.

"I know, I just can't believe this day has finally come", Izuku said as he continuously messed with his veil.

During their first summer as university students, Inko and Toshinori had a small intimate wedding. Izuku was happy that his mom was able to find happiness again, and in the arms of his idol!? Even more so for his excitement! Toshinori treated Izuku like his own son: he took care of him and his mom financially, during the holidays he pampered them with love and gifts, he was there whenever Izuku needed to talk; sometimes Toshinori would even call him for advice on how to deal with his mom or what kind of gifts to get her. During his junior year when he and Katsuki finally started making plans for their own wedding, he had a one on one lunch with his new dad and asked him if he would walk him down the aisle, to which the blonde bursted into tears, almost flooding the restaurant.

As for him and Katsuki, the two faced their fair share of challenges, like when Izuku found out that Katsuki would be playing internationally over the summers as required by his contract with UA, dealing with Katsuki's jealousy and how the alpha relieved his jealousy through sex, and when Izuku spent less and less time with him as he spent more time with the athletic trainers association and joining any clubs/orgs that would benefit him when he applied for jobs. Though these challenges were trying at times, the two never faltered, never doubted, and never gave up on each other; for these challenges only made their love stronger.

When Izuku went into heat, Katsuki was there to take care of him and satisfy his needs. When Katsuki had games, Izuku was there to cheer him on when he could. When either of them needed a shoulder to lean on, they were there for each other. If one of them fell ill, the other stayed by their partner's side till they got better; no need to say the rest.

Izuku graduated with a bachelor's in kinesiology and Katsuki graduated with a bachelor's in culinary arts with a minor in business administration. He indeed changed his degree to make better dishes for his mate but he enjoyed cooking more than he wanted to become a coach, so when he retired from basketball, he could open up his own restaurant.

After Katsuki's final season at UA, he got offers to play at the professional level. The two families attended the JNBA draft ceremony and were ecstatic when Katsuki was drafted to play for Toshinori's previous association: the BNHA Hawks.

Katsuki got a $120 million dollar contract for a four year term. The money wasn't given to him all at once, it would be divided into parts, but what money he did get he used to buy him and Izuku an extravagant home. It was a two story mansion with two garages, a nice driveway, a pool, a basketball court, a personal gym, a spa, a movie theater, a master bedroom with a walk in closet and large bathroom, a large kitchen with two refrigerators and stoves, a great security system, and enough rooms and baths for both their families to stay in. Izuku had protested the house, stating that it was too much, but Katsuki wanted to get the best money could buy, especially since he had plans to have Izuku birth enough kids to form a basketball team~. The two moved into the home, buying way more furniture than one could need with the help of their parents, mainly Bakugo's, and then planned their perfect wedding ... the Bakugo's paying every cent as well since they saved up the money since the day Katsuki was born.

Mitsuki designed the perfect wedding outfit for Izuku. He wore a ceremonious "marking" cape that when taken off, it would expose his scent gland for the groom to bite down on and claim the omega, with the cape slightly grazing the ground. The end of the cape was ombreed: the top of the cape was white that faded into a light lime green. The lime green area was designed with sphene jewels that made it glisten brightly with hardly any movement. The shoulders of the cape were embroidered with small, crystal clear diamonds in a wind like pattern; the bottom of the cape having the same pattern except designed with the sphene jewel(s) (imagine the beauty and the beast live action movie dress, the detailing on the bottom of Belle's dress except it's on Izuku's shoulders and cape tail and in a smaller form). The blouse was a white, tight-fitted, off the shoulder long sleeve top. The blouse was almost corset like: being buttoned at the back, completely covered by the cape, hugging the omega's curvy torso. The blouse had flared long sleeves, the sleeves ombreeing out to lime green and embroidered with the same detailing of the cape. The blouse was tucked into his slightly fitted white slacks with lime green lining and white dress shoes. He wore a nicely woven daisy flower crown that had his veil woven into the stems. The veil traveled just up to his hips, both from the front and the back.
