Can't Live Without You

CH. 26

"A-All Might!?", Izuku and Katsuki said in unison.

"Oh, h-hello boys?", Toshinori said standing up from the couch.

The famous JNBA star had retired from playing basketball for about 2 years now, and the only times people saw the legendary figure was on talkshows or magazines.

"M-m-m-mom, what is All might doing here?", Izuku asked never taking his eyes off of his idol.

"Um ... we're dating Izuku", Inko said with an anxious smile. She didn't want her son finding out this way.

"Dating!?", both Izuku and Katsuki said as they looked at one another in shock.

"Mom, do you know who he is?", Izuku said gesturing towards Toshinori, both arms extended towards him. (Insert will smith meme😂).

"Actually, I had no idea who he was until I showed him your room. Once I saw him on all your posters was when I figured out who he was", Inko said with a small laugh as she stood next to the alpha.

"You showed him my room!", Izuku exclaimed.

"Of course I did! I wanted to give him a tour of the house and I obviously wasn't going to skip my sons room", Inko said as she hugged her partners arm.

"It is indeed an exquisite room, young Midoriya. Maybe I should introduce myself another time Inko-san", Toshinori said whispering the last sentence.

"Nonsense! It's totally fine...", Inko said.

As the adults continued to argue, Izuku's head was realing. From breaking up with Katsuki in the morning, to crying and walking all over town, to nearly being attacked by Todoroki, to getting back together with Katsuki, to getting engaged(!), and to finding out that his mom is dating the legendary JNBA star AND that he saw his room that is filled with his merchandise, posters, and action figures. Whether it was from exhaustion or embarrassment, or both, Izuku fainted where he stood, Katsuki catching him before he fell to the ground.

"Izuku!", Bakugo yelled out as he gently tried to shake his fiance awake.

"Izu! Oh my, I guess today's events have been a lo-", Inko said. She stopped talking once she saw the giant engagement ring on her sons finger.

"Katsuki-kun, you finally did it", Inko said with tears of joy as she looked into the young alpha's crimson eyes.

"Yes ma'am...and sir", Katsuki said with a slight bow toawrds the alpha.

Katsuki wasn't someone who just did things on a whim. Well, he did a lot of things on the whim but when it came to serious matters he took all the necessary steps; that includes his proposal to Izuku. A week after buying the ring when he was finally able to have time to himself away from Izuku at a time that Izuku's mother would answer the phone, he rang up the omegas mother and asked for her blessing to marry her son. Over the line, Inko could be heard happily screaming and jumping and just being so happy that the young blonde was ready to take such a big step. There was no doubt in her mind that the young man wouldn't be able to provide for her son and that he would make her son very happy. In all honesty, ever since they were kids, both Inko and Mitsuki had secretly hoped that the two would get together someday because when they caught them napping together, the two mom's hearts soared at how happy the two children slept in each others arms.

"Congratulations my boy. That's a pretty big step you're taking, but a good one", Toshinori said as he gave Katsuki a pat on the back. Bakugo gave a nod and a smile was permanently plastered on his face.
