Can't Live Without You

CH. 19: Date pt. 1

Saturday came faster than the two thought. It was only Wednesday when the two agreed to watch the movie, and now it was the weekend. Luckily, Bakugo doesn't have practice on the weekends since the team practices twice a day Monday through Friday, so weekends were made for the players to recover and do homework.

Bakugo was doing one last outfit check in the mirror one last time. He had a white v-neck long sleeve t-shirt with a dog tag chain necklace, a leather jacket along with black torn up/cut jeans with a black belt with a silver buckle, and a pair of red, white, and black All might shoes. He then opened one of his dresser's drawers and took out a little ring case, opened it, and there was the engagement ring. He looked at it and took a long breathe. He planned out the entire day and wanted to end the night at a beautiful park, which would create the perfect mood to propose. He put the ring in his pocket, put his wallet in his back pocket, and waited for Izuku in the foyer.

"Deku, you ready to go?", Bakugo said loud enough for the omega to hear from his room.

"All set!", Izuku said as he closed his door. Bakugo stared with awe at what his partner was wearing.

Izuku was wearing a skin tight black long sleeve turtle neck, tucked into a pair of white high waisted pants with a small, a long chained gold necklace with moon and star pendant, red high top converse, and a small backpack to carry his things. Izuku's curls looked more defined as they had little frizz and the light hit it at all the right places. Izuku must have gotten a new chap stick because his lips had a tint of red and looked plumper than usual. The clothes defined the omegas curvaceous body that Bakugo couldn't stop staring at the omegas waist-line and hips.

"Kacchan?", Izuku said tilting his head towards the alpha. Bakugo awoke from his admiration as Izuku stepped closer to him.

"*cough*, yeah, let's go", Bakugo said as he opened the door for Izuku to leave first. As Izuku stepped out of the dorm room, Bakugo mouthed to himself 'Oh yeah~', as he stared at Izuku's backside. He locked the dorm room and the two headed for Bakugo's car.

Bakugo parks the car at a parking garage nearby the movie theatre. The movie theatre was in the center of the city, which also meant that there were also more attractions that were within walking distance. A few blocks down from the theatre was a shopping mall, a few more blocks there was a zoo, a few more blocks there was a flower filled park, there was a lot to do in the city; perfect for a date and his proposal. 

"You choose a far theatre Kacchan", Izuku said as they arrived at the ticket booth to pick up their tickets.

"This was the only one that had early showings", Bakugo said; obviously lying. The Blonde got their tickets and headed for the concession stand.

"Hmm, I'm wondering what I should get?", Izuku said staring at the menu.

"Why not get popcorn and a drink", Bakugo said.

"It's not that simple", Izuku said with a sigh still looking through the "vast" food options. Bakugo just sighed as he stepped up to order.

"Welcome to OFA theater, what can I get you two?", the worker asked.

"We'll get a large popcorn and two waters.", Bakugo said.

"Eh? I want a cherry slushie", Izuku said.

"Izuku, it's 10 in the morning, it's too early for that", Bakugo said looking towards the other male.

"No it isn't", Izuku said with a pout.

"Um, we have a couples deal if you're interested. It comes with a large popcorn, two drinks which can be whatever you want, and chocolate if you're interested.", the worker said.

"We'll do that!", Izuku said with glee.

"Alright, that'll be 25 dollars", the lady said. Bakugo pulled out his card and paid for the food. He had a small smile on his face that someone acknowledged them as a couple, and that Izuku just said that they were.

"Here you go, enjoy the movie!", the worker said as she handed them the food. The two males walked to the movie auditorium. 'I wish I could be in a relationship like that', the employee thought to herself as she watched the two walk off.

Izuku and Katsuki took their seats; Bakugo purposefully choose a theater with couple seats in the middle in the very top row so the couple can cuddle. Izuku was already slurping away at his slushie.

"Ah! Brain freeze~", Izuku said as he put his hand against his head and put the drink down.

"I told you it was too early for it", Bakugo said scrolling through his phone.

"Ah, I should have brought a sweater. I didn't think it would be this cold", Izuku said as he rubbed his hands together for warmth.

"Hm? You're cold?", Bakugo asked.

"Just a little bit", Izuku said. Bakugo then began to take off his jacket.

"Here nerd, I can't afford you getting sick", Bakugo said handing the jacket towards Izuku.

"Ah, sorry Kacchan", Izuku said taking the jacket.

"Don't worry about it", Bakugo said. He began eating some of the popcorn, making sure to leave the majority of it for Deku.

As Izuku slipped into the leather jacket, he realized just how much Bakugo and he have grown since they were children. The sleeves of the jacket went a wells way past Izuku's hands and it fit baggy on his body. The jacket was incredibly warm, and the alphas scent made him extremely happy. He chuckled at the thought of how much the two have changed through the years.

"What's so funny?", Izuku said.

"Well, I just thought about how much the two of us have grown over the years, that's all", Izuku said as he pushed back some of his curls.

Bakugo then scooted towards Izuku, bringing the omega to lean against his chest.

"Yeah, we've both been through a lot", Bakugo said as he kissed the top of Izuku's head. Izuku snuggled closer into the alphas' chest, inhaling his intoxicating scent.

"But I'm glad we were able to talk it out. Now we're both happy, right?", Izuku asked with a smile, eyes glistening under the dim lighting.

Katsuki looked down towards his partner and smiled before placing a kiss on his Izuku's lips.

"Beyond happy~", Bakugo said.

The movie started and the couple couldn't help but spoon each other throughout the movie.

A/N: I know this chapter is shorter than usual, BUT I'm splitting the date into two chapters other wise it would be way too long. Also, I wanted to make a change about the story. So in chapter 5(?), at the graduation party I said Kacchan was a good dancer and that everyone was dancing. I'm changing it to karaoke and that Bakugo is a good singer. That's it, cause I wanted him to be able to sing at some point in the story and yeah~. So I'll upload the next chapter real~ soon and boooooiiiiiiiiii, it's a good one.
