Monday at school~

Louis POV
"Yow. Do you guys know who Lonnie Parker is?" I asked my friends who were surprised at my question

"She's the top 1, everybody knows her" Ben said

"So you mean, she's a student in our school?"

"Duh. Why would I talk about the other school's top 1?" Ben replied

"Well-" Jane started talking but he was cut off by Ben

"Just don't answer it." Ben said again. He turned his attention back to Louis

"Why do you ask?" Ok Louis, play it smooth.

"Uhh I just wanted to ask?" The heck Louis. That sounded a lot like a question and my voice just cracked, way to play it smooth. Ben eyed me suspiciously.

"Do you have a crush on her?!" Jane suddenly shouted earning a lot of stares in the hall way

"I don't-t" sht. Now I'm stuttering

"You're denying it! Also you were stuttering!" Ben beamed. Panicked arose in me

"Hey guys! Louis has a crhmmphh" I slapped my hand on his mouth. Quickly saying 'it was nothing's to people who actually heard him.

"Ow! Dude, you ain't no dog" I said as I pulled my hand back, inspecting the mark he put.

"Awee. Louis has a crush" Jane said as she wiggled her eye brows at me. Ughh, my face is probably as red as tomatoe right now.

"Ben, he's blushing. He looks cute"

"You should look like that when you confront Lonnie. She'd think you were adorable" Ben teased. My face is probably the red-est of all red

Meanwhile~

Rinas POV
"I think you should go home" I suggested at Lonnie. She had her head down at her desk and probably has the cold

"I can't. I need perfect attendance at school" she replied as she her voice cracked. Bloody hell, I hate seeing her like this

"Did you cry last night? You know better that you'd get sick once you cry" I said as I grabbed some water and gave it to her. She took it and finally looked up to drink. She had watery eyes, a red nose and she was paler than usual. I sighed. I know better to not ask about it and let her tell me about it but she can't just bottle it up. I refused to use my Telepathy powers on her, that'd be wrong, I know what personal space and boundaries are. She still hasn't respond. I think it's best to let her rest and give her some space to think about it. I know she'd tell me once she's ready. The math teacher came in and class begun with Lonnie trying to act like she isn't sick at all. The worst part is that the teacher was convinced with her face facade. This is gonna be a long day. A few classes has passed and teachers still don't know about her being sick. Ugh. I stand up and put my hand on her fore head.

"Ughh, bro you're burning up. You should go home now." I said once again

"But-"

"No buts. People would also get sick because of you. You wouldn't want that right?"

"Pfft. Fine just let me stay for English class. I li-"

"I know you like it," I paused. My mind battling if I should do this. Should I? She does really love English class and ughh she's doing that puppy dog face.

"Fine" Bad.Decision. No going back now

"Yay. You're the best" she said somewhat happily. It was slightly convincing that she was happy and all but I know my best friend
