Chapter 21: Trip To Reverie

Readers POV

"So.. what is that?" Louis says as he was still at the door

*sigh* "I have powers" Lonnie says as she leaned against the wall

"What? Powers aren't real Lonns and I thought you already knew that" the boy said still amazed at the floating object

"Heh, now you think I'm crazy" Lonnie says as she made the pillow drop.

"You know that's not what I-"

"I know. I'll prove it then" Lonnie says as she floated. Louis looked up to see Lonnie lying on air

"How can.... What?... How is this possible?" Louis says as he backed up with a somewhat scared expression. Lonnie who just noticed this felt slightly hurt, knowing someone was that afraid of her

"I.. I know your afraid of me right now but I can't really explain all of this so I'll just show you..... tomorrow" Lonnie says in a low voice. Rina kept quiet while watching the scene

"Afraid? And Why tomorrow? Rina, do you know any of this?" Louis asked as Rina nodded a yes

"It's almost night and I.... I need more time to think, so just wait till tomorrow, ok?" Lonnie smiled as Louis' faces softened

"Rina, I also need you here tomorrow. I think it's time." Lonnie said. Rina tensed up knowing where they were going. Memories of her whereabouts last Monday flooded her mind as she stuttered a yes. Lonnie who was directly looking at her, raised a brow

"You ok there, Rin?"

"Yesyesyes. Erm, sure I'll be here. Oh look at the time, I'm gonna go now. See you guys tomorrow" Rina said as she dashed through the door. Weird. Lonnie thought

"Hey.." Louis says as the girl snapped out of her thoughts

"I don't know what's happening to you right now but just know that I'll be here with you all the time" Louis says as he was faced to faced with her. Lonnie opened her mouth to say something but decided not to

"Hey, you could tell me anything you know?"

"If anything would happen to me, will you make that face that you did awhile ago?"

"Your face showed like you were afraid of me and I-" Lonnie stopped talking as Louis hugged her

"Sorry. I didn't know what to think... I wasn't aware that my face would do that expression. I literally don't know what my reaction could be.." Louis says as Lonnie pulled back from the hug

"I just thought that fear would take over to the point where you don't want be with me anymore"

"I could never. I'll always be there right beside you, ok?"

"Alright. You should go now. It's getting dark." The girl says as she kissed his cheek.

"Ok. Show me everything tomorrow and no matter how amazing or terrifying it could be, I'll be there beside you" he says as he walked away to the door

"Oh and one last thing" before Lonnie could reply,  a pair of lips had met hers. So as usual, she kissed her boyfriend back with a smile plastered on her face. The kissed lasted about a few minutes till Louis broke it. The couple panted, trying to catch their breathes

"And now I'm off. I'll see you tomorrow princess" Louis says as he now was fully outside the house. Lonnie waved goodbye and he was off. Lonnie went back in and closed the door. Turned off all the lights and heard for her bedroom. She changed into her pjs and lyed down on her bed with thoughts running in her mind. Eventually, she fell asleep thinking.
