I didn't see the point anymore. I didn't even want to go into school today, nor did I want to communicate to anyone. I was still hurt, I couldn't bare to even rest my eyes on Charlie again.
I asked Darcy if she was able to pick me up and drive me to school today. She obliged, she was using her family's car, for the time being. The reason I asked, is because I don't want to take the bus with the boys. What's the point? Charlie will be on there with Rosie, according to Rosie, Reece dislikes me, and I got the feeling that Casey didn't exactly like me either.

I guess it was just back to how it use to be. Just Darcy and I, and maybe Jake. Unless Darcy decides to abandon me and stick with the boys. But I knew she wouldn't, she'd stick with me throughout. Well at least that's what she constantly told me.

We were brought up together, just around the corner. We went to the same primary school. I was forever visiting her house, her parents didn't mind, they pratically treated me like another child. Whenever my mother was struggling with work, and father would storm out, I'd was bound to go to Darcy's for comfort and support. Her parents would understand, they were lovely like that.
I'd just given up altogether. My parents are struggling, I'm struggling, I just feel worthless, as if the world is against me. I often feel like this, regulary.

I beep interrupted my depressing daydream. I peered out of my bedrom window. to see a shiny black audi outside. I sighed as I pulled my bag over my back. I opened up the passenger seat door, and placed myself gently on the black leather chair.

"Oh! You'll have to get up in a minute, because we're picking up Jake. I hope you don't mind?" Darcy asked, I groaned inside but shook my head at her question. Jake was okay. He was the one that I never really bonded with. He was always wrapped up with Darcy, that we never exactly got the time to talk. He seemed lovely though, he was the only one that didn't appear to dislike me.

She placed the key in the ignition, and slowly placed her foot on the acceleration peddle, jiggling around with the gear stick. We instantly jolted forward, causing me to fly out of my seat. I breathed a sigh of relief as a glared at Darcy. She had a small smirk tugging on her lips. I rested back in my seat as the car finally began properly, gliding across the road.

"You never exactly told me about Charlie." Darcy started, concentrating hard on the road in front. "So you're in love with him?"

I sighed, looking down at my battered and faded blue vans. "I'd rather not talk about it." I replied bluntly. But I knew that this would only bring up more conversation.

"What, why? Can't you make up your mind or something?" Darcy chuckled.

"He's back with Rosie." I explained.

"Oh." Is all Darcy managed to say. "There's still Reece." She teased, but I didn't find her  attempt of a joke humorous at all.

"I don't know why you think I have a thing for Reece." I announced.

She paused as she reached Jake's house, giving him a beep to notify him that we were now present. "I don't know. I just presumed you did because you were always together. To be honest, you would be a cute couple. Jake and I think so anyway." She smiled, blushing at the mention of Jake's name.

"So Jake thinks I fancy Reece?" I asked.

Darcy nodded. "Everyone does Autumn. Including Charlie. You need to make it obvious that you're all for Charlie, you're confusing people at the moment." She replied.
