Midnight: You Haven't Seen The Evil Yet

Chapter One

"Aunt Wolf! Aunt Silver!" Cried Aaron running to them both enveloping them into hugs. Wolf and Silver laughed in unison and gave him a hug back. "Now why are we here again?" Asked Zero who suddenly appeared. Mid sighed and began to explain everything she had been told. "Well this should be fun." Said Toxic loading her bow CJ's eyes flickered white a moment. Before he agreed, just then the candles in the throne room blew out and the doors slammed shut. Wolf ran to the doors giving a tug, "Their locked!" She cried. Just then a huge explosion sent everyone back! "AHAHAHAHA!" Cackled a voice slowly a red mist on the floor began to swirl. Then spiraled upwards giving a mysterious feel to the atmosphere. The red smoke cleared and out walked Abigail. "Oh my God." Muttered Silver. "She's back?!" Cried Zero staying close to Wolf. Wolf drew her sword and pointed it at Abigail. "Leave...Or I kill you." She growled, Abigail smirked and looked at her calmly. "Oh go ahead dear I'd just be another face that would haunt you during the night." Wolf's eyes widened and stepped back shaking. "You hate to kill I know everything on you Wolf. That goes for all of you especially you." She cried pointing a finger at Toxic, Toxic glared and fired her bow Abigail caught the arrow in mid air. And teleported in front of her holding the arrow to her neck. "You took the only other thing I desired from me. You will pay." She hissed gritting her teeth. Toxic grinned, "Not my fault I was more appealing to CJ. Guess I was noticeable. Why were you to quiet hm never got the guts to tell him how you loved him? Why were you to quiet?" Said Toxic egging Abigail on. "Well no one plans a murder out loud now do they?" Retorted Abigail annoyed. Toxic's face fell and she went silent. Abigail walked away over to Aaron and grinned. "Hello Aaron, you can call me Aunt Abigail." She said holding her arms out to grab him. Mid stepped in front of her glaring. "Stay away from my son." She growled Abigail tried to hide a hurt look and stepped back. "I understand. Just all of you should know that you should...Watch. Your. Backs." With that she grinned and vanished in a puff of red smoke just as she had appeared. Mid scooped a terrified Aaron up. No one spoke it looked like this was only the beginning.

Abigail appeared in the forest outside Nightwick where she was hiding out. She dashed into the cave she was staying in and wept. As the tears burned her flesh Emily crept up. "Mistress are you ok?" She asked. Abigail sniffed and looked up wiping the tears away. "Yes I'm fine." She stammered out. Emily frowned before piping up, "He was there wasn't he? CJ?" She asked. Abigail slowly nodded, Emily gave a understanding look and crawled into Abigail's lap and hugged her. Abigail taken by surprise slowly but surely returned the hug. A little bit of peace filled her for the first time in years.
