It was nighttime when we arrived back home to San Francisco. The first thing I did after getting the hell out of that plane was to call Alexander.

We talked on the phone the whole drive from the airport to home. I didn’t want to end the call but I had to.

"Home sweet home." My dad sighed. I got out the taxi at looked over to our house. It looked so big and strange. I guess being away for a month, it's normal. I walked through the front door looking around the familiar yet strange place.

I walked up the stairs to my room, slowly opening the door of my room. All of the things I had left were in the same places. I took off my shoes and climbed to my bed. I buried myself under the covers. I missed Alex so much it hurt. I wanted to hold him and kiss him so bad. I felt so alone without him by my side.

I woke up to my mom calling my name from downstairs. Somehow I still expected to be woken up in our hotel room, it felt a bit weird being back home and in my room. I got out of my bed and went to see what my mom wanted.

Downstairs I was greeted by Kira and Isaac. Kira rushed over to me and hugged me tightly. "I missed you so much Jamie. Never leave again." She said.

"Kiraaa... I can't breathe..." I whimpered. "Sorry..." She laughed.

Isaac walked over to me and hugged me. Thankfully less hard.

"Good to see ya dude." He said shortly. We went up to my room and hung out. Kira and Isaac both were excited to hear everything about the trip.

"So tell us everything. How was Germany?" Kira asked.

"Yeah we're dying to know." Isaac joked. "But in all seriousness, how were the girls there? Were they hotter?" He continued. Classic Isaac, I thought to myself.

I wasn't sure what to tell them. I felt like I had to tell about Alexander since I spent most of my time with him. But I didn’t know was I ready.

"Well... Berlin was nice. There were a lot of cool places." I drifted off.

"And to the girls... I don't know didn't pay a lot of attention to them."

Isaac face looked over to me in shock. Shit. "Wait, wait, wait. You didn't pay a lot of attention to the ladies? What did you do then?" He asked wide eyed.

I took a deep breath and spoke, "Guys, there's something I need to tell you. And it’s still kind of hard for me to say…" I started. They both looked at me, worried looks on their faces.

"What is it Jamie?" Kira asked worried.

"I um... I met someone."

"Who?" They both asked in sync.

I looked down to my lap wondering how the hell I was going to say. I felt Kira move closer to me on the bed. Her hand moved on the top of my hand. I looked up to her, seeing her smile to me.
"You can tell us, whatever it is." She said.

"I met this guy... And I, I mean we... I mean the thing I'm trying to say is that- that I kinda have a boyfriend now." I stutter out.

Neither one of them said a word for a moment. I was scared what was going through their minds right now. Were they disgusted by me?

"Kira..." Isaac started, "you own me now 10 bucks. Hand 'em over." He continued reaching his arm out to Kira.

"Dammit you weren't supposed to be right." She dug out 10 dollars out of her pocket and handed it over to Isaac.

"Guys... What's going on?" I asked, confused.

"See Jamie, I always knew you weren't that into girls. I mean it was kinda obvious. I just liked messing with you and see when you actually realize you aren't straight as a pole. Kira and I decided to bet 10 bucks to see which one of us was right. I win, so suck it bitches." Isaac explained.

I looked Isaac my mouth hanging open. "Wait you knew!?" I asked him. He nodded. I couldn't believe it. Isaac knew even before I did?! How is that even possible?!

"What were you expecting, us not wanting to be your friends anymore?" Kira laughed. I nodded my head shyly. Isaac smiled and said, "We would never do that. We don't care who you want to stick your dick into."

"Isaac!" Kira pushed Isaac off from the chair he was sitting in. My face burned bright red.

"Ignore the dumbass in the room and tell me about the guy." She looked over to me.

Oh where should I start…

I explained the whole story from the beginning, when we first sorta met at Starbucks.

"Awh that's so romantic. I bet you miss him a lot." Kira breathed out, giving me a smile. I returned a faint smile and nodded.

"Yeah sure that was cute and all that shit but did you two have sex yet? How was it?" Isaac questioned. I face planted myself. God, he's an idiot.

"Isaac, no we didn't. So I can't tell you. And even if we did I wouldn't tell you, you pervert." I said, acting like I was offended.

"You're boring J." He sighed over dramaticly.

"You two are both such idiots." Kira laughed.

Later that day Isaac, Kira and I went out. We walked to the coffee shop that was down the road from my house. As we were making our way there we pumped into Scotty, probably the most annoying guy ever. Sure he had his moments but there weren’t too many of those. He and his parents were loaded; they were like billionaires or something.

“Oh look who is back… Jamie it’s nice to see you made it back from Germany.” Scotty smirked. “I was kind of hoping you’d stay there forever.” He added.

I rolled my eyes and said, “Pleasure seeing you Scotty, as always. Now if you don’t mind we need to go.” I pushed past him, Kira and Isaac following me.

“It’s gonna be very fun dealing with that daily, when school starts again.” Kira stated.

“You remember Emma, who is Scotty’s girlfriend now? She’s totally hot and as soon as school starts it’s on. Scotty better keep good take on her cause I will have her by the end of the first week.” Isaac cheered.

“Oh I’m sure Isaac.” Kira said, her tone full of sarcasm.
