Chapter 15

"James, Regulus get uuuup." Said Mrs. Potter dragging out the 'u'. After a little bit neither stirred so Mrs. Potter hit James with a pillow.

"Moooooooom. What time is it?" James asked looking around realizing he was still outside on the balcony.

"Time for breakfast, now wake up Regulus and be down in 30 minutes or I will throw another pillow at y'all." She said sternly.

"Yes ma'am." James sighed, Euphemia walked back inside. "Hey Reg? It's time to wake up." James said rubbing Regulus arm.

"Hmmmmm?" Regulus's said rolling over, smushing his face into James's chest.

"It's time to get up, or my mom will come hit us with pillows." Regulus snorted.

"You can protect me." Regulus replied.

"I don't know my mom can be pretty aggressive."

"Let me guess, she is scarier then Lily?" Regulus asked.

"Very, but only if you get on her bad side or you wake up late to go play at your soccer game and eat frozen pizza instead of the French toast and fried eggs she made, but you didn't see." James said laughing causing Regulus to laugh as well. "Do you still play?" James asked.

"I was never that good but I suppose I might be able to play a little. Do you?"

"Of course! And since we are here I can introduce you to my childhood friends that went to a different school and we can all play soccer. Also you always won MVP, you are an amazing soccer player." James replied.

"Thanks love, bu-"

"Nope nope you are amazing and today we are going to meet up with them. I caught up with some of the a few months ago at Jude and Aaron's wedding. Everyone knew they'd end up together." James sighed. "Aaron will love you, he is the sweetest but he gets competitive. Crap! Moms waiting for us." James said he let Regulus get up before getting up. They walked to the kitchen hand in hand.

"Hey Mrs- Euphemia! Sorry, do you need any help?" Regulus asked.

"No thanks sweetie, the table is set. Also does your cat have any allergies? I cooked her some eggs and bacon but I don't want to kill her."

"Yes ma'am she is allergic to bananas but that's only if she eats them, she can be around them." Regulus replied taking a seat at the table.

"Ok thank hun." Mrs. Potter said making a smaller plate for Hippo, once she was done she set the plate down next to the table and sat down.

"You know Hippo doesn't need all this pampering?" James asked.

"Shut up James, Hippo deserves it." Euphemia rolled her eyes, Regulus laughed a little.

Time skip

"Ready to go?" James asked, he had an Adidas shirt, basketball shorts, and sneakers on. Regulus walked out the bathroom, hair pulled up with random loose strands everywhere, a sleeveless gray hoodie, black sweatpants, and sneakers. "Yeah, I don't know if I can play anymore though."

"You got this! Now come on." James said giving Regulus a quick kiss then pulling him outside and into the car. They got gas and a large pack of Gatorades for everyone, then drove down to the field. James and Regulus got out, James got the Gatorades Regulus got his and James's other stuff. "Hey! How have y'all been?" James yelled walking over to a group of people.

"Great! Who's the little hottie?" A taller bulky guys asked.

"Taken." Regulus replied setting his bag down.

"That's Regulus my boyfriend." James replied.

"Ooooo he's the one you told me about well I am Aaron." Said a shorter guy with bright red hair and black glasses, Regulus waved.
