Living Together and an Invitation

Placing the boxes away from Gina's move, the girls relaxed on the bed under Ayako's lofted one and had a nap. The two had been woken up for dinner and were pleased with what was made in front of them.

"Thank you for the meal." the girls exclaimed.

"Thank you for the meal." Ayako's parents smiled.

As the two were preparing for school the next day, Gina was staring off into space and it didn't take Ayako long to notice this.

"Is there something on your mind, Gina?" Ayako asked her friend as she finished doing her tie.

"How do you usually get to school?" Gina looked at her friend.

"I walk, how do you usually get to school?"

"I usually get driven to school."

"Walking to school will be a first for you, huh?"

"Yeah."

"Do you miss our parents?"

"Mmhm."

"Remember, they're only a phone call away."

"We better get to school, let's go."

"Shoot."

"How did you lose to them again?!"

"I apologise, master."

"Enough apologies, go and defeat the girls once and for all."

"As you wish, your highness."

As the girls were at school, Gina and Ayako had been bombarded by other students about why they had come to school together and if Gina had moved in with Ayako. Gina managed to calm everyone down and was ushered to class by a nearby teacher.

"Thank goodness." Gina grinned.

"I know." Ayako returned the grin.

After school as the trio were walking home, Ayako stopped to check something on her phone.

"Is there something wrong, Ayako?" Gina asked.

"We need to stop by the grocery store, is that okay with you?"

"Yeah."

"Do you want to join us, Ako?"

"Girls."

"What is it, Violetta?"

"Chuuya."

"Where is it?"

"I believe it is coming right to us."

"Let's transform."

"Right."

Precure! Wind my gears!

Clicking the pen and drawing on-air, Ayako got a high waisted layered skirt and a long sleeve shirt that went around below her shoulders. Placing her feet into a circle gave her mid-knee boots and stockings.

Long ponytails were made in her hair mid-back length garnet hair with the change to more of the rose tint. A top hat on a hairband soon followed and the pen made room in a bag which manifested from it.

Clicking the pen and drawing on-air, Gina got a bodice-like dress and an asymmetrical skirt that ended at her feet as it wrapped around the midthigh skirt of the dress with a bow placed at her stomach. She drew a square with her feet and as it glowed, she was given high heeled ankle boots and leggings.

A long ponytail was made in her short deep orange hair with the change to more of the lighter tint of the color, which also gave her a fringe. A watch at the starting point of the ponytail soon followed and the pen made room in a bag which manifested from it.

Clicking the pen and drawing on-air, Ako got a dress with a strap wrapped around the left shoulder and the skirt of the dress that ended midthigh and fabric that was split at the belly that wrapped around her. She drew a diamond with her feet and as it glowed, she was given heeled knee-high boots and thigh-high fishnets.

A long ponytail was made with her deep purple hair with the change to more of the lighter tint of the color, which went to her right. A gear was at the start of the ponytail and bat wings manifested on her back which was soon followed the pen making room in a bag manifested from it.

"May these wings help me to fly in the light of love. Cure Butterfly!"

"The clock that forever winds forwards and backward. Cure Watch!"

"May these wings guide me through the darkness and into the light of day. Cure Bat!"

"As the lights gather, may the past and future come together. Steampunk Precure!"

Stopping the Chuuya in its tracks, the trio managed to throw it over them and lead it to a more open area of town.

"It's about time you got here, Precure." Doori smirked.

"Doori."

"Chuuya. Get them."

"Chuuya."

"Huh?"

"What?"

"It's . . . stopped."

"Let's defeat it while we still can."

"Right."

"As light comes together, may you find peace. Precure! Steampunk Chorus!"

Arriving home with groceries along with faint cuts and bruises, Ayako came to accept her parents barely questioning her why she would come home late with faint markings on her body. Ayako and Gina prepare dinner and place it on the table.

"How do you like life with us after a week, Vanna?"

"I find it to be an experience."

"Experience?"

"I have lived most of my life in wealth, so being able to live with people like you is a whole new world."

"I hope your time with us will be well spent."

"What do you all do during the summer holidays?"

"We usually do all a manner of things."

"Do we have any plans for summer this year?"

"Not really."

"We better come up with plans soon."

"How would you like to join this year, Vanna?"

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah."

"Sure!"
