While playing a card game, Kazuya threw his cards on the table much to everyone's groaning and vocal annoyance.

"What was that for, Kazuya?" Gina glared daggers at her brother.

"I'm bored." He complained. "Can we do something else?"

"Oh yeah, like what?" Gina folded her arms.

"A challenge."

"What kind of challenge?"

"One of three trials where the person who loses best two out of three, has to do what the winners want for a week."

"You are on!"

"What may the challenges be, Kazuya?"

"You'll find out once we start."

"This is going to be fun."

"You don't know how right you are."

-

"What?!"

"Yeah, she's back."

"How?!"

"The trio that started causing us trouble as of late."

"How have you not defeated them yet?!"

"It is taking longer than anticipated, your majesty."

"I don't care how long it takes, just find a way to get rid of them."

"As you wish."

Meeting everyone on the beach, Kazuya was grinning like a Cheshire Cat while his friend was standing beside him with the same expression.

"What are you two grinning about?" Gina specifically asked.

"You'll find out." Kazuya was still grinning.

"That isn't creepy at all." Fuyumi remarked.

"First challenge, Volleyball."

"You're on."

"Uh-uh, a few ground rules."

"And you better stick to them."

"Yeah, yeah, can we get onto it?"

After explaining the rules and getting into position along with a neutral umpire, the teens played and the two teams had both won a set each.

"Whoever takes the set wins the first challenge." Ako pointed out.

"I wonder who it will be."

"Ready . . . go!"

The girls won the challenge after it was found out the boys were cheating and moved onto the second challenge. The boys won that one and it was finally time for the third and final one to decide the winner.

"Whoever can smash the most watermelons in 5 minutes takes the whole thing." Daichi spoke.

"Ready . . . go." instructed Ayako's father.

Just as they had started the competition, screaming could be heard coming from further along the beach and the girls knew what it was. Ayako's brothers got the family and everyone off of the beach leaving the group of four behind with the fairies.

Precure! Wind my gears!

Clicking the pen and drawing on-air, Ayako got a high waisted layered skirt and a long sleeve shirt that went around below her shoulders. Placing her feet into a circle gave her mid-knee boots and stockings.

Long ponytails were made in her hair mid-back length garnet hair with the change to more of the rose tint. A top hat on a hairband soon followed and the pen made room in a bag which manifested from it.

Clicking the pen and drawing on-air, Gina got a bodice-like dress and an asymmetrical skirt that ended at her feet as it wrapped around the midthigh skirt of the dress with a bow placed at her stomach. She drew a square with her feet and as it glowed, she was given high heeled ankle boots and leggings.

A long ponytail was made in her short deep orange hair with the change to more of the lighter tint of the color, which also gave her a fringe. A watch at the starting point of the ponytail soon followed and the pen made room in a bag which manifested from it.

Dodging and attacking the Daiichi when they could, the group found a way to corner it.

"Over here, Daiichi. Don't you want to end me?"

"Get her."

"Daiichi."

"You're cornered."

"Yeah, but so is the Daiichi."

"What?!"

"As light comes together, may you find peace. Precure! Steampunk Chorus!"

"May the stains envelop and heal you. Precure! Rust Emblem!"

"I'll get you yet!"

"Sure you will."

The challenge had come to a daw as both piles of watermelons had been destroyed in the attack and the girls didn't know which pile of melons was crushed first.

"The challenge was a bust." Kazuya fell back on the couch.

"We tried, even if we did cheat." Daichi assured him.

"I'll give you one thing little brother, we had fun and I think that's worth more than its weight in gold." Gina sat on a bean bag.

"Really? You mean it?"

"Sure I do, why wouldn't I?"

"We'll have to do it again sometime."

"How does tomorrow sound?"

"Seriously?"

"Yeah, and we pick the challenges."

"You are so on."

"We wouldn't have it any other way."
