While the trio of fairies was having their usual hangout while the group of four were at school, a dice fell from the sky and bonked one of them on the head.

"What is this thing?" Gear inquired.

"It's a dice." Chain replied.

"Huh?" Gear tilted their head.

"It is a six-sided cube used for games," Violetta explained. "Gina and Ayako told us that."

"Oh." Gear's lips formed a circle. "How about we play with it?"

"Why?"

"Something to do."

"Okay."

"Whatever."

As school finished for the day, Ayako was packing her bag with the last of her things when her friends migrated toward her.

"Hey, what's up?" Ayako asked.

"Do you want to hang on Saturday?" Cora smiled.

"Sorry, I'm hanging with Gina and Ako that day?" Ayako stood up.

"Vanna and Simin?" Mirio stared at her. "Our upperclassmen?"

"Yeah, what about it?" Ayako went over to the door.

"Nothing, it is just . . ." Mirio trailed off.

"How come you don't hang with us anymore?" Rose inquired.

"Yeah, it's like those upperclassmen are more important than us," Mirio remarked.

"What's with that?" Cora glared at her.

"Look, if you three are so adamant about me not being around anymore, then cut your losses and move on." Ayako stood at the door and looked back. "And for what its worth, be grateful I am not making a big deal out of what has happened recently."

The trio looked at the girl as Ayako greeted Gina and Ako as they left. Wondering what the two upperclassmen had that the three of them didn't, the group collectively agreed to follow them on the weekend and see what was going on.

"We're home," Ayako called out.

"Welcome home," Fuyumi replied.

"Is there something you want us to do for the wedding plans?" Gina asked.

"I'm going to do some homework if that's okay." Ayako grabbed a bag of chips.

"All good, see you when you're done."

"Later."

Dinner went well for the family and the girls who had seemed to already be apart of the family without being blood-related.

That night in bed . . .

"How did you do with the planning, Gina?" Ayako asked.

"I think I did alright." Gina sighed. "Did you get much homework done?"

"Yeah, although it wasn't much," Ayako replied.

"What were your friends talking to you about today?" Gina inquired.

"It doesn't matter," Ayako turned to the wall. "Night."

"Good night."

"Wait, where are the fairies?"

"I was wondering that too."

"Have you two seen the fairies?"

"No, why?"

"I was looking for Gear and couldn't find them."

"We don't know where Violetta and Chain are either."
