"Have you all finished setting up yet?" Ayako's mother inquired.
"Just about," Ako replied.
"Are you sure you want to spend Christmas with us Ako?" Ayako asked. "My family isn't all that fun when it comes to Christmas."
"Hey!" Ayako's father smirked.
"Sorry, Dad." Ayako apologized and mouthed, "I'm not."
"I am going to pretend I didn't know what you said." The girl's father went back into the kitchen.
"Do you want to join me on a trip to the stores with me, Fuyumi?" Ayako's mother asked. "I need to pick up some last-minute ingredients."
"Sure, just give me a few minutes to get ready." Fuyumi wondered off.
While Fuyumi and Ayako's mother were out shopping, Ayako and her friends, along with the fairies, got a start on making food for the mini party they were going to have.
"Do you need any help in here?" Ayako's father came in.
"We'll be fine, Father." Ayako smiled. "Than you for the offer anyway."
"Okay." the older man replied. "I will be outside in the backyard if you need me."
"Okay." the girls exclaimed.
Finishing up the last of the meals, the food was placed away in the spare fridge with help from Ayako's mother and Fuyumi.
"What shall we do now?" Fuyumi asked, sitting on the couch.
"How about going to the Christmas Festival in town?" Gina suggested. "The reviews online seem to rave about how good it is."
"Sounds fun, let's go." Ako punched the air.
"I thought that would be suggested, so here is an allowance for all of you." Ayako's mother handed them an individualized bag each.
"Thank you, Mother." Ayako hugged the woman. "What time did you want us home?"
"5 o'clock," she replied. "5.30 at the latest."
"Thank you," Gina bowed.
"We'll see you later." Ako waved.
"See you later, girls."
Walking around the festival after paying to enter, the group of four went to different stalls and participated in a few games that piqued their interest.
"It's getting late, we should head back," Fuyumi suggested.
"Okay." the teens agreed.
While making their way home, a distance bang and screaming from a crowd of people got their attention and went toward the sounds.
"Can't they do something else?!" Ako shrieked.
"In here." Fuyumi pointed and entered an alleyway with the teens.
"We better make this quick." Gina sighed.
"I couldn't agree more." Ayako hung her head, pen out.

"About time ladies." Deco glanced at them.
"Come and get us." Butterfly declared.
"As you wish," Deco smirked. "Daimu. Get them."
"Daimu."
Jumping and dodging the Daimu, the group was getting sick of fighting and wanted to go home for the Christmas Party.
"It's cornered, let's finish it." Butterfly glowered at the monster.
"Right." the group stood next to her.
"Precure! Change Ship!"
With their outfits changing to a creamy white with their colors as accents, the trio stood tall and looked ahead.
"Our synced light is to save you. Precure! Gear Change!"
"I'll get you!"
"Yeah right."
Heading straight home from finishing the fight, Ayako apologized to her parents and they didn't mind them being late.
"Are you sure?" Ayako arched an eyebrow.
"Yeah," her mother smiled.
"Let's get this party started." Ako cheered.
"Yeah!" everyone clinked their cups.
