okay, this book is a mess. I have to say, even I get super confused when I read this story and I'm the writer lmao.. so IM SORRY :(
I'll finish It how I can, but I just want you guys to know that this is my first longest published book ever (I didn't think It through enough) and I genuinely know It's not the best.
I hope y'all can bare with me to the end either ways 😭
Jaden's POV:
After Signa left that day, she hadn't spoken to me at all for a whole continuing week.
We sometimes binded our walkways, but she tried her best to avoid me. I couldn't even observe her eye to eye. She just wouldn't dare to look up.
It was a repeating self-questionnaire of "What the fuck did I do wrong" and "Why hasn't Caleb said anything about It".
I didn't ask him anything though, but If something were wrong with me and his family, he'd always let me know.
For now, he's just been straight off avoiding It. I could sense a side of his brain was mending every time I spoke.
It's as If both siblings were exactly on the same fucking page today, and It was eating me up every new step I took in front of me.
*Flashback // A week ago*
Once Sig left by the grip of her Mom, both my parents stared me down like excruciatingly bright spotlights.
"What's with the looks?" I asked, confusion spectating on my face.
It's not like them seeing a girl here should be anything weird.
The amount of chicks that came in and went out that same door is enough to let them know that they shouldn't give a shit by now.
But this time, they somehow did.
They said nothing, Mom began tapping her shoe on the floor, and crossed her arms simultaneously.
It was like I was held at gunpoint just by their eyes. They said nothing, just stood there like two menacing statues.
Claire was still hitting my knee.
I snapped at her ferocity, but avoided her altogether by taking a step to the side, walking behind my parents to the kitchen.
They immediately turned around, almost dead in sync. I was getting annoyed after a while.
I grabbed a box of cereal, and plopped a bowl in front of me, filling It with chocolate puffs and milk.
After I breathed out and spooned my breakfast, I felt a tingling sensation at the back of my neck. They were still watching me.
"Okay, what?" I asked groggily, but my voice had come out much more serious than before.
I hadn't realized that I let go of the spoon, but It was already too late. It clicked against the milk, and consequently made It minimally splatter over the counter.
Mom observed the counter I had just messed up. I looked down at It, and back up.
Dad was still contemplating though, like a tough rock. His hand scratched his recently shaved beard.
"Clean It up" He plainly remarked, eyes boldly connected with mine.
They both finally turned around, and covered most of the floor tiles as they walked as far as possible they could from me.
What the fuck.. I thought to myself, before exlaiming in pain right as Claire tried biting the back of my leg.
*End of Flashback*
