Molly stands in front of Tris.

"Was that a birthmark I saw on your left butt cheek?" she says smirking. "God you're pale, Stiff."

The ex-Candor bully's comment causes me to stiffen. What did they do to my Tris?

She'll make the first move. She always does.

Molly starts towards Tris and throws her weight into a punch. As her body shifts forward, Tris ducks and drives her fist into Molly's stomach right above her bellybutton. After that, she is a flurry of motion hitting every area that she find exposed. When Tris backs away momentarily, Molly attempts a sloppy kick to her side. Tris dodges it easily before knocking her foot, that's still on the ground, out from under her. I pale as Tris kicks every inch of her opponent that she can reach, and as she is about to kick Molly's side again, I take action grabbing her under the arms and lifting Tris away from Molly before she accidentally kills the girl.

"You won," I mutter. "Stop."

Tris wipes the sweat from her forehead. I am completely shocked by her actions. This is the first time that she's gone this far in a fight.

"I think you should leave," I tell her firmly. "Take a walk."

"I'm fine," she insists. "I'm fine now."

At lunch, I ask Zeke what happened in the dorms this morning because something had to have caused her extreme outburst at the girl. I even give him a form for his supervisor stating that he has my permission to pull specific footage as well as record it.

Zeke promises to have it on a drive for me to view by dinner.

The rest of the fights after lunch are as typical and predictable as usual. Everyone is done long before dinner giving me time to calculate the ranks. Tris is definitely the top for both sets of initiates seeing as Lauren told me that Uriah is the top Dauntless-Born.

Somehow, I manage to catch Uriah alone, and give him a note for Tris to meet me in my apartment tonight. I need to make sure that she's okay.

The laughter at the end of the footage Zeke gave me is what Tris hears as she opens the door to my apartment.

I turn to her, concern written all over my face. "I thought you said they leave you alone."

She looks unstable on her legs, so I go to her and walk her to the couch.

"They normally do," she sobs. "I don't understand why they did that today."

I hold her. The excessive force during her fight is understood now, but it still worries me that she got so angry.

Suddenly I get an idea to calm her down.

"Do you want to play a game?" I ask while trying to decide who all to invite.

Tris seems skeptical. "What kind of game?"

I laugh thinking of the first time I played Dare. I'm still not that good at coming up with dares, but it's still an enjoyable game.

"The Dauntless kind. Go grab Christina and meet me by the tracks. I have some friends to gather."

Tris exits the room seemingly in at least a slightly happier mood. Maybe this will be a good idea.

Zeke, Shauna, Uriah, Lynn, and Marlene all readily agree to play. Lauren acts like she's too tired, but I know she'll be at the tracks before I am. I think about who else might want to come, but the only other person I can think of is Mia.
