Have you noticed that everything we need to survive is in nature? Oxygen, food, water, medicine and just the very beauty of creation.
It is God's gift to us but we aren't using it wisely. Instead of connecting with nature, a lot of us run from it or stay indoors 24/7 on our devices.
Sometimes a natural cure for unhappiness is just disconnecting from social media and connecting with nature.
