Does your current hobbies make you forget to eat? If not. Maybe you need some new ones.
Maybe you're in a rut, a whole cycle of boredom. Playing the same games, doing the same thing over and over again.
Train your brain and body to do something other than the ordinary. A smart way of doing this is to find hobbies that are actually beneficial to yourself and others—your mind and body.
Instead of watching TV and listening to music, try to bake a cake, start journaling, lift weights, draw or even learn to play the keyboard.
Do the same thing for about two months and you'll find it hard to stop doing it. Boom! You've got yourself a new hobby.
