Sometimes we have anger, hatred, revenge and sadness stored up on the inside and the best way to free ourselves is to cry.

Maybe the word « cry »  sounds too cute— bawl. Let it out.

Crying is a good way to recover from grief, release toxin  from the body and improve mood. Tears are language. It speaks for us when we are weak and it seeks attention way better than words.

So the next time your are trying to be tough, remember that it really won't hurt to shed some salt water.
