Recently, I discovered a set of people whose survival depends mostly on the air they breath—breatharian.
They can go days, weeks, months without food. How they do it? They breathe.
This, for me, would take a lot but I have an easier option which provides the same benefits, on a shorter term.
Fasting.
Fasting for religious reason is different from fasting to lose weight. However, both require our abstinence from food.
People are happy when they are in good health and fasting can aid in weight loss, helps reduce high blood pressure and even combat cancer. It is also a great way to detox the body!
Fasting is not starvation. Before you attempt a fast, do the necessary research.
