It is really hard to be happy with a wavering mind.
Meditation helps us to be mindful when we have our minds full. Just sit like this 🧘🏽♀️ or lay on your back—corpse pose and clear your mind.
Forget that you are anxious about the meeting tomorrow, about the bills and the stubborn kids. Forget about your debts and your dysfunctional friends for a while and just focus on now. By doing this you will see that happiness is right there but you have to tap into it.
Make meditation easier by practicing frequently. As a result you will start feeling stress free, less depressed and your memory will definitely improve.
