It has been a quarter.
Classes just got dismissed.
"It's still early to go home."
Rene said.
"What are you suggesting then?"
Pat asked as they were near the University's gate.
"Let's have snack first."
"C'mon, let's go!"
It was Bianca.
"Bea!"
Called by a running Mark.
"Where are you girls, going?"
He continued.
"We'll eat."
"Pero dinner tayo kina Jigs."
"Mark, halos inaraw-araw na natin pagpunta sa kanila."
"Sama muna ko sa inyo, pupuntahan naman tayo ni Jigs after ng match nila ng boys."
We are now seated while waiting for our food.
"Dami niyong orders ah."
Rene pertaining to Bianca, Pat and I.
"Why? Ang sarap kumain!"
Bianca answered.
"I'm on a diet."
"Tignan mo 'tong si Rene, magyayaya tapos ganyan. Highschool pa lang tayo nagddiet ka na dyan."
Pat couldn't believe her.
"Ui ang ggwapo ng mga kapatid ni Jigs ah."
She continued.
Jigs' brothers go to the same school as us.
"True. Di naman nakakapagtaka, Tita Cita's so pretty rin!"
"Not to mention too cool."
Mark added.
"Bet ko 'yung sumunod kay Jigs, 2 yrs. younger lang naman."
I was not shy to admit this time. Actually even 'yung kay Jigs din sana, if Rene did not just tell us that he likes Bianca. I wasn't sure if until now though, we never talked about it naman. Yup, I have a lot of crushes talaga. Haha.
"Hey, type ko rin si Marlo! But mas crush ko 'yung bunso nila."
Pat said with excitement.
"Child abuse, the boy's just 5."
Rene face palmed.
"Look, apat kayo oh. Apat din sila."
Mark said as if it was a bright idea.
"Bianca-Jigs, Bea-Marlo, Rene-Aldrich, Pat-Paul."
He continued, chuckling.
"Sa'kin talaga napunta si Aldrich? 8 pa lang 'yun."
And we all laughed.
"Mine's 5 but I'm not complaining. Their youngest is the most handsome kaya."
"I have to agree with you, Pat."
Bianca said while enjoying her snacks.
"Hi, girls!"
Jigs was already here.
"Hello."
Mark replied in a pabebe voice which made Jigs threw him a tissue.
"Alam mo ba, type nila mga kapatid mo."
He continued.
"I'll tell Mommy."
"OKay lang, kahit ako pa magsabi later.
Makikikain na naman daw yan si Mark."
"Sasama ka rin naman."
He retorted.
"Tara na?"
Jigs asked.
"Pano girls, una na kami."
