Chapter 3

"You've got to be kidding me."

"What?" Dari giggled, smiling from ear to ear as he jumps around in the plain field in Minecraft, happy he has won another manhunt against his best friend.  "Oh c'mon, it aint that bad!  You'll win!  When I stop playing minecraft."

The young girl took a deep breath, leaning against her leather chair trying to calm down from the adrenaline she didn't really want.  "I'm so surprised Dream didn't contact you and ask to do a pvp with you," she said, her lips curved to the side with an eyebrow raised

"Look at my sub counts, bruh," he responded over the call.  "Besides, he's probably scared to lose against me!"

"Pfft," Alexis stifled a laughter and nodded, "Uh huh..."

"Whaaaaa-"

"Nothing. Oh by the way, I won't be able to hangout with you this summer, I'm going to Florida to visit Chelsea," the young girl told him, getting ready to turn off the monitor for the night.  

"Okay!" he grinned.  "If you visit Disneyland, buy me some of those teddy bears UwU."

"Sure!"

Fast forwarding some time ahead, Alexis had just arrived at the Florida aeroplane, exhausted, sick, hungry and just overall, beat down from the long flight. Never take a night plane, she thought to herself.  As she managed to pass the checkout securities and all that jazz, she turned on her phone and was almost immediately bombarded with text messages from Ari, Dari, Victor and Charles who were all either asking if she had arrived safely or reminding her to eat.  She smiled a little but closed her phone, deciding that she should respond after she managed to get her luggage (she had another big one since she was gonna stay there for 4 weeks or so) and at least sit down somewhere so she won't be a bother.  Though, the first person she decided to contact was the person she was going to be staying with.

"Hey Chels!" Alexis grinned when her friend picked up the call.  "I'm at the airport!"  There was a squeal from a distance as a tall women, with long dirty blonde hair and thick glasses, ran up to the tired person, throwing herself onto her.  

"YOU MADE IT!" the lady exclaimed in glee, giggling and chuckling before helping her up.  "I can't believe it!  Oh there are so many things to tell you, where do I even begin?"

"After we get back to yours and I sleep," the young girl responded, her head felt like it was about to explode.  "I'm just really tired..."

"Of course of course!" Chelsea nodded, grabbing her suitcase and started to race for the doors with Alexis dragging her feet to the exit.  I want coffee....

Finally after resting and having a good sleep, both her and Chelsea went to meet up with her boyfriend who she was extremely excited to tell Alexis about.   "Okay, we haven't talked for a very long time, but I'm really happy how this turned out and I really hope this one is the one and- Oh you'll just love him!"

"Would I?" the young girl chuckled, seeing how overly happy her friend was as she looked out the window of the car, feeling the hot breeze on her skin.  Florida heat... What did she expect?

The car stopped at a steady halt as they drove up to Pizza Hut which made Alexis laugh a little as well as groan internally since she did not want to have pizza in the Floridian summer heat! As the door slowly opened, the smell of freshly made pizza hit her face.  Never mind the fucking heat!  Pizza! she thought to herself, feeling her mouth drool.
