~Lia's P.O.V~

It's the day of our flight. I'm going back to Korea. The country where I was born. The country where I had amnesia. I left that hurtful place and it's time I face it again. I'm strong! I can do this!! Fighting!!! Me and my auntie sat at our seat inside the airplane and waiting for take off. I did lots of thinking until I remembered something...

"Auntie, what name will I use in Korea?"

"Julia or Lia." -Auntie

"That's it?"

"Choi Lia. That's what you're gonna use." -Auntie

'But I thought I have a korean name? Nvm. I like my name Lia anyways.'

"Oh ok."

It's finally take off. I got scared and dizzy at the same time. It's not my first time riding a plane but surely I can't remember it since I had amnesia. I thought I'd throw up but good thing I didn't. It's embarassing if I did. It'll be a long flight since it'll take eleven hours from Canada to Korea. I tried to sleep and I did. Once I woke up, it's a couple of hours left before we land. Pretty excited to get out of this boring flight.

"Ahh Lia, I forgot to mention... We'll be making a stop in China if you don't mind..." -Auntie

"What?"

"We'll be transferring to a different plane to Korea. That's what the pilot said when you were sleeping." -Auntie

"Ohh."

Oh great... Transferring to a different plane? Didn't know how tiring it is to fly from Canada all the way to Korea. It's stressing me out. We finally landed in Mainland China and have to transfer to a korean airplane just to get home. Tbh, I'm already tired. I miss my friends and my hands can't move properly making me have a hard time texting them. We finally went inside the plane and looked for our seat.

Unexpectedly, I'm separated with my auntie this time. My seat is at the right side of the plane while my auntie is at the left. Meaning, there are a whole lot of seats separating us. You know what Lia, you can survive this. Just a couple more hours and you're out of this plane. Everything was peaceful until a tall mix-blooded guy put his bag on top of me and sat beside me. My seatmate is a guy?! Are you kidding me???

"Nî hâo!" -

'That's probably hello in chinese. I'll say hi in english so he knows I'm a foreigner.'

"A-ahh hi..."

"Are you korean?" -

'Wait he speaks english? Good good good.'

"Y-yes I am."

"Awesome! I'm also korean!" -

"But you look mix-blooded."

"I'm actually half american so..." -

"Oh I see..."

"You're good in english. Did you grow up in America?" -

"No I grew up in Canada."

"I see. So we're like neighbors haha." -

"Did you also transfer in this plane?"

"Yes." -

"So that's why..."

"May I know how old are you?" -

"Oh I'm twenty western age."

"Ahh. I'm eighteen, western age too. May I know your name?" -

"I'm sorry I haven't told you my name yet. I'm Choi Lia!"

"Annyeong Lia noona! I'm Jung Kai!! Nice to meet you!!!" -Kai

"Nice to meet you too!"

'Hmm... Kai? I see red in his name just like how Korea is red for me.'

Talking to Kai wasn't as bad as I thought

Talking to Kai wasn't as bad as I thought. He's nice and he smiles a lot! Reminds me of Hussey. Maaan I miss that girl... Our flight took off and landed in Incheon International Airport. Finally! Land!! We got off the plane and once we got inside the airport, me and Kai bid goodbye to each other before separating ways.

"It's nice meeting you noona! I really hope we can see each other again." -Kai

"Me too Kai, me too. Bye! Be safe!" *wave*

"Bye noona! You too!" *wave* -Kai

"Who's that boy?" -Auntie

"Some new friend I met at the airplane."

"Well I'm glad you're making new friends." -Auntie

We're already at the hotel and it's time to sleep. It's been really a long day. I need to take some rest.
