A girl named Lia with Synesthesia got into a car accident in Korea and has to move to Canada for complete recovery but had amnesia. Now she's back in Korea... Is synesthesia a gift or disorder? Will she still rem...
And this is the end of the story! (Sike!) Tysm for reading! (Don't worry there's a special chapter.) So just some TMI, I myself, the author of this book, is a synesthete. I have Grapheme Color Synesthesia. All the colors that Lia saw in each character's names are real. Yes, I see green on Soobin's name and black on Lia. But if it's Julia and Jisu then it's grey. The colors are real people! But I don't have the other types of synesthesia.
As for Lia's father who has Chromesthesia, I don't actually have it so orange in price tag was just made up. The same goes to her mother who has Lexical Gustatory Synesthesia. The word music that taste like sweet tomato was also made up. But everything else, like the colors of their names are one hundred percent real inside my head. I also did some research with Soobin's character being colorblind. His name being green with a hint of red, his favorite color which is yellow irl, and the fact that there's red-green colorblindness, are all a perfect coincidence that I used for this story.
So for those who are still confused with the flashbacks (I hope no one did), Lia, Sanha and Soobin were childhood bestfriends. Sanha and Lia liked each other. (He's the real Greenie *Sunflower* Green and Yellow.) Lia got into an accident and went to Canada. The two boys' parents lied to them that she's dead. And now, the tables have turned, Soobin and Lia like each other instead. (Soobin is the new Greenie *Rose* Green and Red).
