~Third Person's P.O.V~
The two boys were shocked to find out the truth. They never expected the girl they were fighting for was the girl they became friends with when they were six y/o. Although it's late at night, they decided to go out. Still confused how everything happened to be. This time, they strolled around the playground near Soobin's house.
"Where are you going?" -Soobin
"To the playground. Wanna come?" -Sanha
"Yeah ok." -Soobin
...
"I still can't believe what happened..." -Soobin
"Me too. Remember when we were kids? I always cry at the playground for no reason." -Sanha
"Yeah..." -Soobin
"I think now I know why. It's because of her." -Sanha
"We did miss her." -Soobin
"A lot! Let's go sit on the swing." -Sanha
Sanha invited Soobin to sit on the swing and he agreed. They were talking about Lia or Jisu the whole night. Trying to connect everything and the reasons behind it. They felt a bit of anger from Lia's auntie and Sanha's mother for lying to them. This topic made Sanha cry again.
*Sniffle* -Sanha
"Bro hey, you alright?" -Soobin
"I just coudn't believe it. We promised each other that we'll get married when we grow up. We both like each other and now..." -Sanha
"She likes me... Bro I'm sorry." -Soobin
"No it's ok. It's probably circumstances. She had amnesia and forgot the promise. I'll be alright." -Sanha
"You sure?" -Soobin
"Yeah..." -Sanha
"Really?" -Soobin
"Yes." -Sanha
"Really really??" -Soobin
"Fine. I'll still try." -Sanha
"But I'm glad she's still alive." -Soobin
Soobin comforted Sanha so he could stop crying. Now that Jisu is back as Lia, they should be happy by now. But how would you feel when the person you like before, already likes someone else? Even though the promise they made was pretty much a joke or stupid, they still made it. But eventually was broken and became a lie. That's what Sanha was feeling at that moment. But he knew, Soobin will take good care of her. He knows his cousin very well.
"Bin, I trust you with her. Take good care of her for me. Never hurt her you understand? Remember, I-" -Sanha
"You'll find me if I hurt her. I know." *chuckle* -Soobin
"Man, it's been years..." -Sanha
"Yeah, it has been years..." -Soobin
"Let's go back." -Sanha
"Yeah, let's go." -Soobin
They stood up and walked again on their way home. Soobin insisted to accompany Sanha and look for a taxi since he's been living with his friends in a dorm. But Sanha knew Soobin's condition and he might have a hard time, so he assured him that he'll be fine by himself.
"Are you sure cousin?" -Soobin
"Yes, I'll be fine. You shoukd think about yourself. Now go head back." -Sanha
"But what if-" -Soobin
"Don't worry Soobin." -Sanha
"No really, what if-" -Soobin
"If there are no taxis around then I'll call you." -Sanha
*Sigh*"Alright. Call me whether you rode a taxi or there's none." -Soobin
"Yeah sure, now go back home." -Sanha
"Bye, take care." -Soobin
"You too." -Sanha
The two boys parted ways as Sanha went to the main road to find a taxi on his way home while Soobin walked back to his house. He still wants to talk to his siblings about Lia but they're probably already sleeping. Once he got home, he went straight to his room and thought of chatting with Lia. But she wasn't online anymore and so he decided to sleep. But he couldn't after knowing the truth. So he head downstairs and made a milk for himself to feel sleepy. While drinking his milk, he got a call from his cousin.
*Ring*"Yeoboseyo." -Soobin
"Soobin, I already rode a taxi on my way home. Now you can sleep peacefully." -Sanha
"That's good. Take care, bye." -Soobin
