Chapter 49: Avoid

~Third Person's P.O.V~

Another day in school but a bit awkward. After the roller coaster ride, everyone came to a stop and are not in the mood to communicate. Lia wants to talk to Soobin but he keeps avoiding her. Sanha tried to cheer her up but he failed. TxT tried to fix things out but it's just getting worse. Indeed a day you never wanted to happen in your life.

"Soobin." -Lia

"..." -Soobin

"Soobin pls talk to me." -Lia

"Soobin! Over here!!" -Beomgyu

"Sorry Lia, I have to go now." -Soobin

"Lia." -Sanha

"Hey Sanha..." -Lia

"Why the long face?" -Sanha

"Soobin doesn't wanna talk to me." -Lia

"Nvm him, he'll probably talk to you later." -Sanha

'What's wrong with that guy?' -Sanha

...

"Yah Soobin, why're you ignoring Lia?" -Yeonjun

"Idk, I think I'm scared..." -Soobin

"Soobin hyung, up until now you're scared??" -Taehyun

"Maybe?..." -Soobin

"Make sure you talk to her later." -Yeonjun

Everyone is at their classrooms. Even though Soobin and Lia are seatmates, they still don't talk to each other. Sanha should be happy that Soobin is ignoring the girl he likes but he still feels guilty. Like it's his fault that it happened. He just wish his cousin will talk to her to remove the awkwardness. Skip ahead and it's lunch time. Soobin ate with TxT while Lia ate with Sanha.

"Soobin hasn't talk to you yet?" -Sanha

"No he hasn't..." -Lia

'What in the world?? I'm literally letting him confess and he's not doing anything!' -Sanha

While Lia and Sanha were minding their own business, Soobin kept on glancing at their direction. He misunderstood everything and felt more hurt from what he's seeing. He's been sulking the whole day.

"Soobin hyung, it's getting more awkward here. Pls talk to noona already..." -Kai

"Not now Kai." -Soobin

"Yeonjun hyung, what are we gonna do?" -Beomgyu

"I'm still thinking..." -Yeonjun

The awkwardness and 'avoiding each other' lasted a day. It's dismissal time and the same thing happened. Nobody had the guts to talk to each other. Sanha may like Lia but he was doing his best to give Soobin a chance to talk to her. Looks like our Yoon dude isn't so bad after all. But still...

"Soobin!" -Lia

"..." -Soobin

"Noona, I'm sorry if Soobin hyung has been avoiding you. Don't worry! I promise he's not mad. He's just... Upset." -Taehyun

"You sure Terry?" -Lia

"Yes. I'm one hundred percent sure! So don't be sad now noona. I'll go ahead, bye!" -Taehyun

"Bye..." -Lia

"Lia, let's go home together!" -Sanha

"Fine." -Lia

Yeonjun saw what happened and immediately ran after Soobin. He's getting enough of the younger Choi's act and he wats to help him get back to his normal senses.

"Yah! Soobin! Pls stop this! Talk to her!" -Yeonjun

"Hyung! You don't know how much fear I have right now that I can't even talk to the girl I like!!!" *sobbing* -Soobin

"Sorry..." -Yeonjun

It was the first time Soobin cried like this. Yeonjun would be the one crying a lot. He only sees the boys sniffle like what happened at his dorm. But never in his life did he saw him sob like that.

"Pls just ignore me today... I'll chat you guys later..." *sniffle* -Soobin

"Soobin!" -Beomgyu

"Shh! Let's go." -Yeonjun

"But Yeonjun hyung-" -Kai

"He's not in the mood. Let's just go." -Yeonjun

Everyone left the school. Sanha and Lia rode the bus together. TxT without Soobin just walked home since it's been a long time they last done it. And for Soobin? Of course he took a bus. A different one. He went home alone full of regret. Sanha noticed this since Soobin came back home. But he knows how much hatred his cousin has towards him that he let him do whatever he wants inside his room. It was a day full of regret for Soobin.
