Chapter 26

Chapter 26:
*A/N this is starting from when Luke left the hotel room a couple of chapters back. (Chp 23 to be exact)*

Rosie's POV:

I look to the screen and see Luke looking angry. The next thing he does is get up off the couch and left the screen.

He walks in view again for a split second and disappears again but he is wearing a jacket this time.

"Where are you going?" Michael asks Luke, a concerned look showing on his face.

"Out," is all he replies.

"Wait," Ashton shouts, but the door slams before he can continue.

The boys start whispering and I can't help but feel both annoyed and sad. I'm still annoyed at Luke from what happened last night and him thinking there is something going on between Brad and I but I feel sad that now he is gone off somewhere doing who knows what and it will be my fault if something bad happens to him.

I start to feel dizzy and light headed.

"Ro? Are you okay?" Dani asks.

"Yeah why?" I ask standing up and wobbling a bit.

"You look pale, and you are shaking," Storm says concerned.

"I think I'm going to lie down for a bit," I tell them. I turn to Brad and hug him, "Thanks for bringing me home."

"It was no problem, if you need anything don't be afraid to call me. Okay?"

"Thank you," I smile at him.

"Bye Rosie," he says, kissing my forehead and walks towards the door. "Bye guys nice meeting you," he calls out to everyone else.

A chorus of goodbyes reaches Brad as he closes the door.

"Goodnight guys, and don't come near me while I'm asleep or don't wake me up!"

"We know what you are like when you are woken up, so that won't happen," Charlie jokes.

I went in my room and closed the door. I flopped on the bed, holding my phone close to me.

'Maybe I should text him,' I thought, but quickly dismissed the idea. I'm probably the last person he wants to talk to right now.

I got off my bed and put my phone on charge on my desk, next to my laptop. I won't get any sleep of my phone is beside me. I will be constantly checking it.

I got back to my bed and kicked off my shoes. I crawled under the covers and tried to get comfy.

I kept twisting and turning, but there was no way I was getting comfy. I looked around my room and I spot the penguin teddy I bought for Luke.

I got out of bed again and grabbed the penguin. I jumped back into bed once again and snuggle up to his teddy.

My eyes started to get heavier and sleep was taking over my body with each passing second. Within minutes I was passed out in the bed cuddled up with Luke's penguin teddy.

I woke up feeling somewhat refreshed. I looked to my window and the lights are on outside. I must have been sleeping for a while.

I put the penguin on the covers as I get out of bed. I heard the girls taking and laughing so I followed the noise.

They were on the couch with a bowl of popcorn watching Mrs. Brown's Boys. I sat down beside Dani and put my head on her shoulder.

"Hey," she said softly.

"Hey," I say back groggily, still not fully awake from my sleep.

My tummy started to rumble so I reach over and grabbed some popcorn.
