It was group therapy day, and today's topic was to discuss one thing you all disliked, and why.

Touya, Tenko, and Toga had joined in on Izuku and Katsuki's therapy trips, each one of them finding therapists to help them. The hospital had decided that since they were living with each other, the teens might find some common ground by talking about things they disliked to help them understand each other better.

"Toga," Dr. Halcyon said, "why don't you go first, what is one thing you dislike that you think the others might dislike."

Toga put a finger up to her chin, "I guess... peppy people, overly cheery people, to optimistic people, people who don't shut up, always smiling people, to proper people, y'know?"

Touya nodded his head, "I totally agree with you. They need to learn to tone it down."

Izuku and Tomura hummed in agreement.

"You have a good taste for people," Bakugo said, smirking.

"Great!," Dr. Halcyon praised, "Now tell me, why do you guys dislike those kind of people?"

It was quiet for a moment before Izuku spoke up, "Because.....well.....they're blind."

"Why are they blind, Midoriya?"

"Well..." Izuku said slowly, "people like that.....they prefer to be blind to what's happening around them.... they don't see the pain others go through........ they.... how do I say it......the truth of the world hits them all at once and they try to fix it using old methods..... they don't know how to function in the real world....... they're blind."

"Izu is right," Toga commented, "people who are to peppy don't see what goes on in the world, they're always so happy. It makes me..."

"Angry?" Dabi added.

"Yeah, it makes me angry. I don't like people who don't like to see the truth."

Dr. Halcyon nodded his head, "So what I'm hearing is that you dislike people who hide behind society's lies, not peppy people."

Tenko immediately shut him down, "Nope. Hate peppy people. Loathe them. If you're the type to pester others then you can get your be-hind away from me."

"Same," Dabi and Izuku said at the same time, reaching out for a high four from Tenko.

"What about you, Bakugo? What is your opinion of the matter?"

"It would take every fiber of my being not to hurl and blow either them or myself to the moon."

Dr. Halcyon blanched at the sudden bluntness of Bakugo's answer but wrote it down anyways. They really disliked optimistic people.

"What if one of them is in your class and tries to speak to you?"

"Shut them down. Make it clear that I do not want to speak to them."

Dr. Halcyon watched as the rest of the teens nodded their heads in total agreement.

"What about the small child, Eri?"

"Oh she's fine. She's a lot like Izuku. Sarcastic, developing dark humor, and no blind." It was true, Eri was developing a fun sarcastic attitude, nothing troubling, and she wasn't blind. She sees the pain everybody goes through, she just chooses to not let it get to her core.

"Understandable. But why not give the 'peppy' person a chance? They could end up being your best friend." The therapist soon got the feeling that he had said something wrong.

"We can pick out their personalities." Toga said as she looked downwards. It wasn't an ability they were proud of. Being able to tell an entire person from just a few words. The entire room got a very downcast feeling, Bakugo looked pained and guilty, Izuku looked scared and tired, Tenko was frustrated, Touya looked weak, and Toga wasn't smiling.

"I'm sorry, I said something wrong." The doctor stood up and bowed, "Allow me to change the subject, what is something you each like?" He would need to come back to this topic later, it was dangerous to say the wrong thing in a situation like this and he didn't know what the right thing to say was. "How about you go first, Dabi?" No, he didn't know Dabi's real name.

"I like to cook." Everybody seemed to perk up almost instantly and were soon bustling about their favorite things to cook/bake.

"I like making spicy foods!" Bakugo said proudly.

"Spicy food? I like mouth burning foods and sweets," Tenko fought back.

"I like sweets too! And curry!" Toga added happily.

"Curry is good, but traditional foods in general are the best," Izuku beamed.

Todoroki snorted, "We can all agree that the best food genre out there is high class. And I make the best of it." Nobody could argue there, when Touya decided to make a 'high and mighty' recipe he made it. It didn't matter if he used high class ingredients or super market food, it was damn good regardless of what he made.

Toga turned to the therapist, "What's your favorite food, Dr. Halcyon?"

Halcyon was stunned for a moment but his face soon smoothed out, "I think Indian Cuisine is pretty tasty." Dabi, Izuku, and Bakugo fought their hardest not to scold the doctor for his choice of words. "Anyway, that's enough for today. Please check out with Ms. Iodine on your way out. This was pretty successful, we might have to try it again." The therapist waved goodbye to the group as the exited the room. A moment after the door had closed completely Dr. Halcyon pulled out a walkie talkie from his inner pocket. "They're about to check out, turn on the camera feed."

"Rodger."

They were going to catch Iodine in the act one of these days.

---------------------

"You saw the walkie talkie in his pocket, right?" Toga asked as she shut the door behind them.

Izuku nodded, "Yeah, but it's probably for emergency measures."

She hummed in agreement and started walking down the hallway to catch up with Tenko, who was a fast walker when he wanted to be, and he wanted out of the Hospitable House.

Izuku just barely saw the scowl on the receptionists face before she noticed he was there, "Oh hello, Izuku! Are you and your friends checking out already?"

Izuku smiled, "Yes, ma'am! Today is pretty tiring, Dr. Halcyon sure likes to ask questions."

Iodine sighed in understanding, "He sure does, don't let him talk your ear off, you need them. Goodbye, Izuku and friends." She said the last part with traces of venom. Izuku was beginning to think that maybe something wasn't right, which out him on the path to knowing something wasn't right. If you're worried about something that doesn't look dangerous, but a shaky unknowing and un-trusting of it starts to manifest in your bones, then you probably should be worried.

"Goodbye, Ms. Iodine." Izuku and his family walked out of the door briskly, none of them bothering to look back.

"I don't like her," Bakugo repeated as they got on the bus.

Tenko nodded in agreement, "Neither do I."

"She gives off weird vibes," Toga said as she sat down in an empty seat.

"I know, I don't like her either, but there is no proof that she's going to do anything wrong." Dabi said, his tone filled with resentment.

"Well, something worth taking note of better pop up soon, next Friday Eri is coming with us," said Izuku. Aizawa was busy with hero work that Friday.

"I'm sure we'll find something," Tenko said before hopping off of the bus, followed by Toga, Izuku, and Dabi.

"Bye, Katsu!" Toga cheered as she waved goodbye.

Tomorrow would be the first day of UA.
