Notice I said 'would'.

Today was not the first day of UA, or at least not for them.

You see, All for One did not take the fact that a simple child had been able to take away his main group lightly. He wanted his pawns back, and his rook. Kurogiri would be put under an immense amount of pain once All for One got him back, but not as much as he would make the little green haired rat who started it. That one was in for pain that was unimaginable, and don't think his blond haired friend would get away with it. Nor would the teens who stopped Overhaul from creating the quirk erasing bullets, All for One needed those to continue his master plan. He would just take the child too.

"Spinner." All for One said into the TV, "Are you ready for the extraction mission?"

A raspy voice spoke from the other side of the TV, "Yes, sir."

"Good. You leave at four."

"Am or pm?"

"Am, you must catch them before they begin their way to school."

"Yes, sir."

Those words brought joy to the old man, he loved being in control. It was his morning bread and butter, or nutrients leak, whatever comes first. All for One shut the tv off and went back to his daily brooding. They joy from hearing his subjects obey his command soon wore off and his previous fury returned. How dare they betray him? He who brought them away from their useless lives and gave them a purpose? He clenched his teeth. How dare a pathetic nobody take away his prized team. The one he had nurtured since they were born.

The far away door opened. "Master," came a voice, "I have traced the legal records."

"What did you find?" If he had eye brows, All for One would've quirked them.

The short doctor waddled forwards and hastily handed his boss the file. "His name is Midoriya Izuku, his mother is Midoriya Inko. He lives in-"

"That will be enough, thank you doctor." Never treat those who can do what you cannot do badly, in this case it was living itself, without the doctor, All for One would die.

The doctor bowed and left the room. All for One gazed at the paper in his hands and slowly trailed his fingers against the brail, he could see if he wanted to, but this took up more of his endless time.

"Midoriya Inko." He growled out slowly, the name sounded familiar, why? He skipped to the pages with her name at the top. He quickly read page after page before letting out a sound of realization. "She was a member of Ringumasutā's Prostitute Ring. An expensive one at that. She became mysteriously pregnant and left the ring. A co-worker by the name of Midoriya Hizashi vouched as father of the child. After that neither Inko or Hizashi were heard from." All for One was becoming more and more curious as he read on, he occasionally went back to Izuku's profile and then back to Inko's as if he was a detective solving a written up case, but with each page he read more questions started forming. How did a high ranking prostitute not only give birth to a child but escape? Who is that father of the child? How was the child diagnosed quirkless when both parents had a quirk? Why does the child have a quirk now? How did said child and his mother successfully persuade Kurogiri of all people to take the teens and leave?

He sat the papers down and entered a deep thinking state. All for One knew about the slime villain attack and he knew that it was stated that Izuku and the villain had somehow come into contact before. He knew that Izuku's file said his quirk was chained away inside his mind until the need arises, so he inferred that the slime villain had attacked Izuku first.  And for Kurogiri, thinking back on it, the only sliver of emotion the mist man ever seemed to show was when he was taking care of the teens. There was little to no doubt in All for One's mind that Kurogiri disliked how All for One treated them and choose to take them away.

"I will take his quirk away." All for One stated to himself, mutant quirk or not, Kurogiri will no longer have a quirk and therefor will no longer have a purpose. Instead of torturing him, All for One will have Kurogiri erased.

Then he would get some blood from Izuku and track down his father, if Izuku gained such a terrifying quirk then his father's should be deathly. After Izuku is shown on a bloody stake the escaped teens will fall into line, Eri would be in All for One's hand and Inko will be sent back to Ringumasutā. No trace of that family will be left behind. As for their friends, warning will be sent, and the children of the pro heroes will be tortured for a short amount of time and returned to their parents near broken. It was all to go according to plan.

The TV cackled to life. "Boss?"

"What is it Mange?"

"We're ready to leave."

"Then be off."

"Confirmed."

It shut back down and the room was left in it's usual darkness.
