Being completely honest here, Kirishima didn't think he was worthy. Worthy of what? Anything. In his world, he was a coward. A useless shell of a man.

His mothers were busy. Very busy. So Kirishima never really depended on them for anything. Not to help with his school work, not to help with his internal problems, not to help him learn how to cook. He did it all by himself, but he didn't let his siblings go through what he did. He helped them with their school work, and talked to them, and had them help him cook occasionally.

And he thought that was fair. He was the oldest, he should be doing this anyway. He not once thought that it wasn't fair that he never had a hand reach down help him but he had to reach out to help everyone else. His siblings got way more than him, and that was okay. He didn't want anything anyway. He was fine sitting on the side while his siblings got to pick things out from the dollar store or supermarket. His parents could save the money for something more important.

It was perfectly fine when he got the short end of the stick, he was the eldest. It was his job to do more and expect nothing.

He didn't mind when he was bumped into a smaller room so that his little sister could have a room of her own. It was logical, she was to old to share with her brother, and she would be starting middle school soon. She would want to have a place to hang out with her friends.

He was content with having his parents miss out on his band concerts, they were always at night and they had to watch the others. It never bothered him when he had to walk home, the school wasn't that far from his house.

Kirishima Eijiro was okay with being left out.
He was the friend who would take hold of the dog when another friend joined and the owner didn't want to walk it. He was the brother who always knew the answer. He was the child who could be fine on his own.

When you're raised like this, it never really grows on you that you deserve attention too. In fact, Eijiro only realized that he deserved something when he first met Midoriya.

The green haired ball of fluff actually noticed what Eijiro did. He saw that Eijiro needed attention and gave it to him, he once referred to Eijiro as a 'neglected puppy'. Midoriya put effort into paying attention to Kirishima, he always took charge of chores or helping siblings whenever he was at the Kirishima household. He gave Kirishima time to himself and put Eijiro on the spot light.

At first Eijiro was uncomfortable and unsure with what Midoriya was doing. Kirishima was the eldest, he should be doing all of the work. HE became more relaxed when Midoriya agreed to let him help. The greenette still did all of the heavy work, but Kirishima was thankful that he was able to do something to help.

His mothers and siblings all agreed that having Midoriya around was good for Eijiro.

===========================================

Aizawa Hitoshi was used to being alone.

His parents were always gone with hero work. He had no siblings. Just a cat.

It was lonely in the tiny apartment that they had. It was basically his, his parents home payed the bills and he took care or the house. Hitoshi had a job too. His parents didn't know about it, they didn't know about a lot of things.

With that job he payed for basic necessities, food, bottled water, Netflix (why is Netflix important? when you're home alone for days at a time, you need something to distract yourself). With the money his parents sent him when they knew they wouldn't be home for a couple of weeks he bought second level importance things such as clothes, a pair of shoes when the old pair got ruined, books, cat food, cat litter. Being truthful, he was a minimalist in all areas except for books. His apartment was empty. His room was plain, his living room had a couch and a TV, the bathroom wasn't decorated.

Well, his room had star stickers on it's wall and roof, because sometimes, just sometimes, the loneliness leaks in past Hitoshi's wall and he can't plug it back up and looking at the stars helps him drain it away. He'll stare for hours at his roof, day dreaming about the world in his head. Ignoring his aching tiredness and burning heart.

He thought it would always be like that, his parents gone for a few days before returning and staying, but Midoriya, that curious ball of hair, was always so insistent about hanging out with Hitoshi or going shopping with Hitoshi or sitting and gossiping about books with Hitoshi.

Midoriya always cooked with (but mostly for) Hitoshi and invited him over to his house to sleep.

The first time that happened Hitoshi was in awe at just how lively it was. He didn't know what to do. Some people on the couch were laughing and the people in the kitchen were singing and the music upstairs was loud. It was all so happy and welcoming that Hitoshi got teary eyed right there. Since then he's been a frequent guest in their home, even though he thought he was being bothersome if he visited for more than three days a month. But that's the weird thing, they were always so happy when Hitoshi visited. Especially Midoriya's mother, second mother, elder brother, second elder brother, well all of them, who weren't very approving of that fact that Hitoshi spent months of his life alone (not literal months, Aizawa and Yamada would never do that, but with Yamada being a hero and radio star he often had to stay at hotels for trips and Aizawa being a highly functional underground hero often spent days at a government building preparing for a raid).  Meeting the Midoriya's was the best blessing Hitoshi could've asked for.

Ms. Midoriya scolded his fathers for not being present, and demanded that they all sat down and talked about it. Which led to everyone meeting both of his fathers. They were very sorry that they hadn't been around often and promised that with their new upcoming jobs as teachers they would be around more often.

He was content being alone, and was happy to hear his fathers' were coming home, but was happier when he was with the weird people he had grown to love.

Next up are Iida and Eri. Maybe, just maybe, a snip-it of the inside minds of Bakugo and Tsukauchi.
