a few days ago, i finished preparing and packing y/n's package and this morning i went to the post office to send it out. by the time i made it to the studio i just received the tracking number, i started feeling excited and curious to know what y/n's reaction would be once she receives it in a couple of days since i paid for express shipping.

for the next few weeks, we'll just be preparing for our comeback. we attended two meetings after lunch then dance practice for the next couple of hours.

5:30PM

i just finished school a few hours ago and met up with my friends at the school library so we could study together. i muted all notifications on my phone and on my laptop so i wouldn't get distracted. we've been studying in the school library for a little over 2 hours, my friends and i helped each other out whenever we needed help with whatever subject we were struggling with. i started feeling stressed out when i saw on my trial exams timetable that i would be doing three exams on the same day but i tried my best not to worry too much about it and made sure i will study enough before the day of the exam. 

the librarian told us that they'll be closing the library so we packed our stuff and walked out of school. i gave my friends a ride home then i drove home. once i got home, i relaxed for a bit and ate dinner. when i went to my room, jihoon texted me that him and the members will be having a vlive in a few minutes. i got my laptop out, logged into the vlive website and waited for seventeen to go live.

5PM

during dance practice break, we've agreed with the staff to do a vlive and i made sure i let y/n know about it so she's prepared. once the vlive started, we greeted everyone and were updating carats about what we've been up to and everything. i was reading through the comments and recognised y/n's user name. she kept commenting about how much she loved me and seventeen, how she wanted to squish my cheeks and she commented a couple of our inside jokes.

7PM

i received a notification about seventeen's vlive, i quickly refreshed the page and watched their live. seventeen were talking about their tour that they've just came back from and they also talked about their new comeback soon. i was lowkey spamming the comment section once again and i saw jihoon smiling and giggling while reading them with mingyu. i couldn't stop smiling and my heart my fluttering. as i was watching their vlive, i was reading and editing through my study notes.

5:30PM

after the vlive, we continued dance practice and ate dinner then i decided to stay back in the music studio to finalise the songs i've written about y/n.

7:30PM

seventeen's vlive just ended and i finished editing through my study notes. i packed my school bag for tomorrow then i started working on all my songs, going through them and making sure i was satisfied with how they all turned out.

8PM

i finished finalising the songs and i wanted y/n to listen to them but i wanted it to be a surprise for her sometime in the future. instead, i wanted her to listen to one of the songs from our new album coming up soon called "crazy in love". i started writing this song after going on a few dates with y/n back in australia, i started feeling all these new emotions and i really felt like i was crazy in love with her. there was another song i've written about y/n but it wasn't what i intended it to be but after having discussions with bumzu-hyung and the vocal team members about the song, we decided to change up the lyrics to be a sad song. i starting writing the song "habit" when y/n and i were having difficulty trying to keep in touch once the boys and i got back in seoul because we've been busy and kind of distant. i texted y/n and hoped she wanted to call so she can listen to a bit of "crazy in love" and tell me her thoughts about the song.

10PM

after i finished editing and finalising all my songs, i received a text message from jihoon asking if we could call for a bit, without hesitation i called him right away (as you should miss thing)

"hi jagiya~" he said in his sweet voice

"hey oppa~"

"what are you doing?"

"i finished working on some of my music, how about you?"

"just finished eating dinner with the members and i'm back in the music studio to work for a bit"

"is it only you in the music studio?"

"yep, most of the members are in the practice room doing their own thing haha"

"oh haha. by the way, did you read my comments on the vlive?"

"of course i did, you're so cute"

"says you"

"y/n, don't start"

"fine haha"

"can we switch to video call? i want to see my baby" he wined

"okay wait, i'm gonna quickly change into my pyjamas"

"but i want to see you now~"

"you want me to get changed in front of you?"

"maybe...if you want?"

"alright but i'm not gonna change slowly for you hehe"

"okay"

i set my phone on my bedside table and turned my video camera on. the screen was still loading and i just finished getting changed into my pyjamas so jihoon missed out (SUCKED IN LMAO)

"what happened?" he asked confusedly 

"huh? you didn't see me get changed?" i asked while hanging my school uniform 

"yeah" he said and pouted

"that's a shame" i teased

"yah~" he wined

"what?" i said and smirked

"nothinggg" he said and sighed

"oh- do you want a small teaser of one of the songs that's gonna be in the new album?"

"are you allowed-"

"it's okay, i trust you and i wrote this song for you"

"really??"

he smiled and nodded then played a bit of the new song and i listened carefully.

we were still in the video call until y/n fell asleep around 12am her time. after a few minutes of admiring her, i ended the call and sent her a goodnight text. i packed up and turned off everything, met up with the members in the practice room, we made our way back to the dorm, got ready for bed then slept.
