5AM

i woke up a couple of minutes ago and the plane just landed. i gathered my things, thanked the flight staff members and exited the plane. i made my way to baggage claim and saw my parents waiting for me. 

"welcome back home!!" they both said and we grouped hug 

"thank you, i've missed you both"

"we missed you too" 

they carried my bags and leaded the way to the car park. on the drive home, we were all catching up but didn't bring up about university or the pledis internship program yet because i wanted to discuss about it tonight during dinner. i swapped my sim card back to my australian phone number then texted jihoon letting him know about my whereabouts. once we got home, i put my things away and took a nap.

9:30AM

i woke up from my nap, started unpacking all of my bags, did the laundry, showered and got ready to have brunch with my friends. we're planning to have a cute picnic under the harbour bridge, i quickly made tuna mayo kimchi rice rolls and brought korean snacks to share with them. 

11AM

i met up with my friends at milsons point station and we walked to bradfield park which was close-by then set up our picnic. i gave them their gifts, they thanked me then i started telling them everything about my trip and about the pledis internship program. 

"accept it!!"

"do you even have to think about it??"

"you'll be learning new things, doing what you always wanted to do while earning income and you get to be with seventeen, especially jihoon" 

"i don't know about you but that sounds like a dream and something you can't miss out on" 

"but i'm leaving everything behind here...like you guys and my family" 

"you know you can always come back to visit us, it's not like you're leaving forever haha"

"it's time to open up the next chapter in your life as a young adult, we all have to do that so you're not alone" 

"you'll always have us, our love and support!!" 

"we'll be sure to visit you in south korea!!"

"thanks guys" i said and smiled then we group hugged 

5:30PM

we hangout around the city before it got dark then parted ways. on the bus ride home, i started thinking about how jihoon left his hometown at a young age to do what he loved and now it was my turn.

me: it's gooood! i caught up with my friends and i'm omw way now

jihoonie my only love ♡ : my day is alright, we mostly had meetings this morning and gonna work in the studio all night
