"oh- jihoon oppa!" i said nervously and smiled
"it's been a while, how've you been?" he asked while shyly trying to maintain eye contact with me
"i've been fine not bad, how about for you?" i asked why fidgeting with my sweaty hands
"been very busy but we're finally here" he said and smiled
"yeah, i'm happy to see you in person" i said and smiled back
"me too, by the way here's the money we owe you. sorry about that" he said while handing me $30
"oh no it's fine-" he cut me off
"please take it, we were supposed to pay" he said while placing the money on the palms of my hands
"okay gomawo oppa" i said while blushing and bowed
"gomawo" he said and smiled
"here's your $5 change" i said while handing him his change
"keep it, that's my tip to you" he said and chuckled
before i could respond we both heard seungcheol calling jihoon's name then looked at each other
"i have to go now but let's chat later?" he asked
"of course, whenever you're available" i said and smiled while still blushing
"i'll text you soon, bye~" he said and bowed before leaving the store
"bye~" i said and waved
once jihoon left the store, the crowd got smaller outside once seventeen walked somewhere else.
"oh my gosh y/n, are you okay?"my coworkers walked up to me and asked while shaking my arms
"y-yes, i'm okay" i said while covering my warm cheeks
i was still processing what just happened. i wanted to have a full on excited panicking moment because of how happy i was but i didn't want to be made fun of especially when i'm still working 🤡
8PM
my manger allowed me to leave work an hour early which i was pleased about because i was feeling exhausted and drained. i went to a convenient store to buy some snacks and vitamin water then drove to a park nearby that i used to always go to when i was a kid.
once i arrived at the park and got my things, sat down on the bench to eat while listening to some music. afterwards i walked over to the playground swings and looked up at the sky to admire the stars.
*phone buzzes*
jihoon: annyeong y/n~
jihoon: are you busy? did you finish work yet?
me: annyeong jihoon oppa~
me: yes i finished work not too long ago! i'm chilling at a park right now before i go home, how about you?
jihoon: we just had dinner and now relaxing in our hotel rooms
jihoon: oh are you alone?
me: yep, how come?
