「remember that time when i said that we could never ever be but i know it's a lie.」

a string of laughter escapes jongho's mouth as yeosang lugs him around like a backpack, running down the narrow streets with yunho and mingi in tow, looking at them quite fondly. 

it was yet another double date for them but now they were on their way to jongho's aunt's house seeing as it was quite late, meaning they got past curfew and despite mingi offering to let yunho stay at his place

the student declines, not wanting to be a distraction after he overhead mingi and yeosang talk about paperwork that were far too complicated for him to understand.

"you know you can always stay at my place, it's big enough." mingi chuckles, holding his hand tighter 

"maybe you can invite me again soon, just the two of us." he suggests with a smile, mingi stops his tracks and pinches his cheek "it's a date then."

yunho notices how mingi was looking around, as if to see if there were people within earshot 

"something wrong?" yunho asks concernedly just as they were a couple of blocks away from the house 

"come here," he whispers as he pulls yunho behind a large tree, away from the prying eyes of yeosang and jongho who were just as intimate by the gate.

"you know i like you, right, like a lot." yunho giggles as he nods, tugging at mingi's scarf and pulling him close, letting himself getting caged on the trunk 

"i haven't been completely honest with you, yeosang and i haven't been completely honest." worry strucks yunho as he places a hand on mingi's cheek, it was cold so he thinks that maybe he can warm him up 

"does jongho know? whatever you want to tell me." he asks, seeing as this'll be jongho's first serious relationship and he didn't want it to be ruined as this has been one of the most happiest he's seen him 

"try to keep an open mind, i've seen that jongho has accepted it." mingi cups his cheeks, looking deeply into his eyes as yunho nods again, telling him that he will listen, whatever it may be 

"just don't look at me in a different light, i'm still very much me." mingi leans back, keeping a distance between himself and yunho just in case the student freaks out 

"hyung! what are you two doing out there? come on!" they hear jongho yell, mingi chuckles before wrapping an arm around yunho's shoulders "let's talk inside, a little more private and maybe yeosang can join in as well." 

"you and yeosang aren't together, right? i know he was in a relationship, wait, are you on the process of divorcing?" he gasps but mingi shakes his head, laughing at his insinuations 

"no, that's not the case, i've got no one else, never been in a relationship before you." he brings yunho's hand to his lips, giving his knuckles soft kisses.

when they got inside jongho's aunt was gushing over yeosang, telling him that he's the first boy jongho had ever brought home causing her nephew to blush at this 

"oh yunho! i see you've brought someone too." she offers them to sit and yunho immediately takes the cup of tea in his hands, warming himself up
