The following morning I woke up with a smile on my face until I heard a scream coming from Micah and Sammy's room.

I jumped out and ran to their room not even thinking about knocking and I got in to find Micah spooning Sammy and Sammy trying to hold back a moan

I got soo angry cause I though Micah and Sammy were meant to be brothers not fuck buddies or lovers

Immediately I sniffed the air and I realized why Micah was hugging Sammy

he was in heat

but as soon as I smelt it the smell vanished and I looked to see both of them staring at me whilst Sammy was looking like his normal stoic self

I guess I imagined the heat, after all, he has no wolf

"Why did you scream," I asked and they looked at each other

"um, well" Micah was looking for an excuse and I could tell he wasn't one to lie so Sammy filled in for him

"I fell on the floor, "He said and Micah started nodding whilst stifling a laugh

I just nodded and told them

"mind walking with me to get breakfast" they both looked at each other and nodded whilst Micah was still holding a laugh and I didn't know why

"give us five minutes will you," Sammy said and when I closed the door I heard Micah laugh loudly and Sammy mutter the words fuck you"

I went into my room to get ready, however, I have this feeling something is wrong

Sammys POV

The moment I closed the door Micah started laughing, here's why

I woke up since today is my heat and all, but my heat is strong since I'm a prime but worse since I'm an alpha prime omega king, meaning everyone would be affected

the only way to stop it is to cuddle or hug an angel cause they calm you down and mask your scent with natures scent before someone realizes, that is if you trust them, then it would work

and he was laughing cause instead of being drawn to my mate during the heat, but I'm too broken and traumatized of him so I hid behind Micah when I heard his footsteps so he ended up hugging me to calm me whilst making it less suspicious or before anyone caught my heat scent.

when he left I had managed to calm my heat so I was now partially normal

I sat down and ate quietly and Micah was still laughing so hard no caring that people were watching us. I immediately felt my heat resurfacing cause it seems this heat was stronger than the rest but Micah sensed it and he picked me up and put me on his lap, nuzzling his head in my neck, trying to get rid of, and again we didn't notice how quiet it was or how everyone was looking at us so we continued. He then asked me

"I wonder what would happen to the alpha if he thought I was your second chance mate" Micah snickered and I knew he was planning something

"I turned to look at him and whispered

"shut up, no one would believe that, we may act like a married couple but they can tell that I'm too sophisticated and strict and funny to be your mate" I whispered then he shouted as if the whole world should hear his joke

"Well, I guess we'll find out in bed my mate!!" I shook my head and started laughing whilst he smiled then a glass shattered

and it dawned to me what had slipped my mind

I whipped my head slowly to see everyone with a facial expression that immediately made me burst into laughter so I buried my face in Micah's chest and started laughing quietly, they seriously looked like a herd of goats that were sentenced to death in their language

"you guys are m-mates," Lucian asked

I shook my head no still buried in his chest

and Micah added fire to the fuel

"But I'm the only one who can make him laugh and smile and be open so do you really believe we aren't mates," he said and I immediately stood up to run to the bathroom so I can hide my laughter but Micah noticed so he carried me bridal style and we ran all the way to our room

we had put these people in command cause they were good leaders and because Lucian Micah and I were now occupied with more stuff, like how to run away from my mate for the rest of the day

I was in there for 30 minutes and I slowly came out thinking he was gone, only to find him still there with Micah having a serious face

I turned to see the alpha with a look of jealousy and anger even if he tried to hide it

"so," he said menacingly after glaring at Micah and he turned to me with a look of sadness
