A time of peace, when the Avatar kept balance between the Water Tribes, Earth Kingdom, Fire Nation, and Air Nomads. That all changed when the Fire Nation attacked. Only the Avatar mastered all four elements. Only he could stop the ruthless firebenders. However, when the world needed him most, - he vanished. A hundred years have passed and the Fire Nation is nearing victory in the war. Years ago my father and my mother were taken from us by the Fire Nation. We were left to be raised by our aunt. She's great, though she won't let me and my older sister do the one thing that makes us special. To this day, there are only three waterbenders left in the Southern Water Tribe. My sister, Sapphire Rose Jones, me and another girl in our tribe named Katara. My sister and I sneak off with Katara everyday to practice our waterbending. I've also enlisted the help of Sokka, Katara's older brother, to teach me the fighting and warrior stuff he knows. He even gave me my own boomerang and sword. At first he didn't want to teach me, because he didn't think that girls could fight as well as guys, but I proved him wrong - several times. I guess it just comes by me naturally. Sapphire told me she thinks he has a crush on me. With how Sokka is, it honestly wouldn't surprise me. I find him to be very attractive and I do have a major crush on him. Both Sapphire and Katara think I should go for it. They want to see us together. However, I can't see myself in any sort of relationship at the moment. Not in the middle of the war. My father and my mother were taken from us unfairly. They sacrificed themselves for me and my sister. I swore to get revenge on the one who took their lives. My name is Chloe Asia Jones and I will avenge them. Some people believe that the Avatar was never reborn into the Air Nomads, and that the cycle is broken. I haven't lost hope. I still believe that somehow, the Avatar will return to save the world.
