Chapter Four

The three of you gathered around your phone and watched as the ending music played. Jungwoo clasped his hands together as he laughed, almost hitting his head on the booth.
"It came out well. The response is great too." Suhyun awed as she looked at the four pictures of you all that showed at the end.
"You're honestly pretty good at this, unnie. Maybe you should make a YouTube channel." She gasped at her idea, looking at you with hopeful eyes. You shook your head but you laughed at the cutie.
"I'm too introverted for YouTube. I don't have anything interesting to film."
You took a bite of your salad. Suhyun looked at you like you were crazy.
The three of you were at a restaurant to celebrate the first episode of the reality show. Jungwoo's manager had booked a separate room ahead of time so that you could have some privacy.
Changkyun thankfully couldn't join. When Jungwoo had asked him, he said that "he had better things to do." It didn't surprise you. He was so full of himself anyways. The other two seemed a bit bummed but you were glad. You didn't have the energy to deal with that annoying prick in person. He was bad enough while he was texting you. You still honestly didn't know why you still responded to him. You guess it was just your pride and wanting to prove yourself to him, which you didn't need to do.
You scrolled through the comments and snickered as you read one out loud.
"Oh my gosh! Jungwoo oppa is so handsome! I should sue him for making my heart race." You put on your best koreaboo voice. You and Suhyun cracked up your together while Jungwoo hid his face in his hands, obviously embarrassed.
"Jungwoo oppa~" you joked, continuing to laugh yourself to your grave.
"Be quiet, Y/N." He whined, but he couldn't hide his smile no matter how hard he tried.
"I only have an older sister so I was never really called that. I'm not used to it and I never will be."
Suhyun hit him playfully in his chest and he pretended to feign in pain, making the two of them laugh together.
You laughed behind the camera which you were now filming with. You were glad your got that on camera, it really showcased your friendship. You hadn't known each other for very long but things clicked between all of you.
You held the camera out in front of you and Suhyun rested her head on your shoulder while Jungwoo peeked out from above the two of you, one of his hands on Suhyun's shoulders.
"We just finished watching the first episode." You announced and the three of you all clapped together,
"It was three days worth of footage and it took another three days to edit, so it's been about a week since we all met." You added and the other two nodded.
"Changkyun hyung had other things to do today do he couldn't join us. We wish he could be here." Jungwoo pouted.
You wanted to grimace but you held yourself back and kept on your smile.
"We all went out for lunch together." Suhyun gestured towards all the food and you panned the camera around the table.
"Unnie was being crazy and wanted to eat a salad." She stabbed her fork into the lettuce and held it up to the camera while she narrowed her eyes at it.
"Filming for the first episode is in a day, I need to watch my weight. I'm not young like you are." You pointed your finger at her and she just pushed it back down.
"You're only a year older than me. Plus, you're a stick. She snapped back and Jungwoo came in to join the conversation,
"Yeah, Y/N. You look just perfect."
You moved the camera so that they were out of the shot and so it was just you. You snapped with your free hand.
"That's enough of that. We'll see you all tomorrow on set!"
You waved at the camera and moved it back so that they other two could say their ending bit. You clicked the button and your arm flopped down onto your lap.
That thing was heavy.
You handed the camera to Jungwoo. It was his.
Suhyun tapped you and you turned to her.
"Yes?"
She put a spoonful of soup into her mouth before speaking,
"Your house." She started and you could almost feel your heart drop. You knew they were going to ask.
"It's sad right? I didn't want to put too much money into it." You responded guiltily and Suhyun shook her head vigorously.
"It's not that." She slouched back onto the cushions of the booth, her head just barely hovering over your shoulder where she was not too long ago.
"I noticed that it only had one lock." You tilted your head at her. Does a house need more than one lock? Your old one didn't even have a working one.
"There are some crazy people. Now that you're in the spotlight there will be people that try to find where you live." She looked honestly worried for you. You were touched.
"That one lock isn't going to be enough to keep the weirdos out. So, would you like to stay with me?"
You choked on air and Jungwoo gently patted your back, in hopes that it would help. You weren't sure if it was because of him but you stopped a couple seconds after.
"For now, at least. I'm worried about you. You're gorgeous and now that people know what your house looks like," She took a deep breath before finishing,
"People are crazy, you know?"
You smiled softly at her, thanking her for her concern telepathically.
"Yeah," Jungwoo piped in,
"We don't want you to get hurt. My house is free too. I don't mind at all if you stay with me either."
Probably an offer any girl ever would take, but you knew what would happen if it were to happen.
"Jungwoo, thanks for your offer, but if pictures somehow get leaked it's not going to go good for either of us, even if they know we're cast mates."
Jungwoo nodded, probably understanding what you meant. The General Public was brutal and they didn't try to tone it down whatsoever. They take down anyone and anything that seems doubtful.
"I really don't want to barge in on your guy's privacy. I swear I'll be fi-"
"Too late."
You looked at Suhyun who was waving her phone at you. You couldn't see it perfectly but it was an exchanged text conversation, presumably at this moment.
"I'm having some people take the important things out of your house and moved to mine as we speak."
Your eyes widened. She had to be joking... right?
"H-how?" You stuttered at the younger girl with a smug grin plastered on her face,
"It has a password lock. How would they have gotten in."
Suhyun clicks her tongue on the roof of her mouth while she shakes her head.
"It was the year you were born. Even my five year old cousin could've guessed it, unnie."
You sighed. She was right, it was a very stupid idea for your passcode. You didn't know what what going on through your own mind half the time. Anyone could've googled it if they wished.
Jungwoo rested his hand on your shoulder, you looked at him,
"It's for the best. Trust us, Y/N, okay?"
You didn't want to listen to the two of them, but all your stuff was probably on it's way to Suhyun's house. You pouted at the both of them until your reluctantly agreed.
"Fine, but I hate you guys."
They both broke out into smiles as the high fived each other. You guess that they'd planned this out before hand. They were so sly.
"This going to be so fun!" Suhyun giggled uncontrollably while taking your hands and bouncing up and down. You figured out that she did that quite a bit.
"I haven't had a housemate in years!" She exclaimed, completely over the moon about the thought of the two of you living together.
"It's so lonely living in that apartment. I need a friend around."
You had to agree with her. Living on your own was quite boring. While you lived with others during your trainee days, no matter the circumstances, you all found a way to make your days a bit better.
"You're making me feel so alone." Jungwoo whined, laying his head on the table. You giggled at him. He was adorable.
"Alone?" Suhyun gasped, "You?"
You didn't understand her over the top reaction. You were so lost whenever the two of them spoke.
"You live with eight other people. How on earth are you alone?"
"Eight!" You said way too loudly. You could never live with that many people and be a sane human being, not that you were to start of with, but still.
"Yes. Eight." Jungwoo responded nonchalantly,
"I'll tell you about them all later. But we should really get going. I have somewhere to be and you need to get settled in with Suhyun."
Everyone always seemed so busy. You hoped they got enough sleep at night.
"I'll see you both tomorrow." Jungwoo spared the two of you one last smile before leaving.
