Zalán slowly woke up, feeling cold. He opened his eyes and slowly lifted his head to see that the window was open, he didn't leave it open..probably the wind opened it since it was a pretty windy day. Zalán got out of his bed, he stretched a bit, and walked over to the window to close it. After that he glanced at the book, he didn't really know if he should go on this adventure or not.

Zalán grabbed the book and opened it, this time there was something different written on the page.

"Good morning Seeker Zalán! Hope you are well rested for your quest. We should get going, shall we?" Zalán hesitated but he decided to go. He went to his door to open it, he went downstairs to the living room to grab his dark green messenger bag, some things he would need on his way, and his black scarf, along with his red cape. He used to wear this cape when he was around 8 years old, he wanted to have a feeling of comfort on him when he was going on this adventure. Zalán walked up to a cabinet that was next to the living room couch, grabbed a note, and went after a pen. He walked back to the note and wrote: "Helló Anya és Apa, úgy döntöttem, Hogy elmegyek otthonról. Változni akarok, sajnálom, ha aggódtok. Üdvözlettel: Zalán" (Hello Mom and Dad, I decided to leave home. I want to change, I'm sorry if you're worried. Sincerely, Zalán)

He finished writing, put down the pen, and walked out the front door. The moment he stepped out of the house he felt extremely nervous but tried to fight it off. He opened the book once again, and this time the page said: "Your first creature to find is one that grew up a bit spoiled, it might be hard to talk to her at first but she is pretty nice once you get to know her, she lives in the "Floresta do Amor" which in Portuguese means "Love forest". Be careful, you might meet some wild company on the way, best of luck.
The book then managed to create a very lifelike picture of the girl.
Zalán stared in amazement but decided not to comment on this magical technology.

-Alrighty.. let's get this going...

Zalán flipped to the back of the book, where the map was and he started walking, wandering further away from his home.

Zalán finally managed to get to the forest, it took him forever but he made it. He sat down on a log, deciding to take a break.

-Phew...that was exhausting...

After a few breaths, he got back up and started walking around, he looked around admiring how beautiful the forest was, birds were singing, and the sounds of the river were enjoyable. The breeze of the evening forest was giving off a relaxing aura, and the crickets in the grass were chirping. It was just like in a story.
-Now..where could she be..?
Suddenly Zalán heard a shuffle in a bush nearby, he turned his head towards the bushes' direction and took a closer look at it. He cautiously approached the bush hoping it wasn't a wild animal. The second Zalán got one bit closer to the bush something jumped out of it, pinning Zalán down to the ground.

-AH!!

Zalán looked at the thing that got him pinned on the ground...it was the creature he was looking for, more like a human... She had orange eyes that were staring right at Zalán, She had a torn-up old village dress, her skin was white as snow, elf-like ears, and a white flower on her head.
