Sitting on the lush green garden, keeping my head down in between my folded legs, I was alone in that crowded place. Fortunately I got a quite corner and I've been sitting there from last three hours.

I was running away..from whom? From myself..I did't want to face anyone or more correctly I couldn't face anyone. I won't be able to answer their whys, hows etc. My phone was switched off as I didn't want to talk anyone.

After 11am, I couldn't measure time. I had been sitting there without uttering a single word, and continuously cursing myself. I lost my chance again to get enrolled in a PhD program of the famous university in my city. Today, was my interview and I didn't do well. If I went home I will be asked so many questions, as it was my second trial.. so I came there. Sarnath, a historical Buddhist spot in Varanasi.

I lifted my head and looked at my watch, it was 2 pm already. I switched on my phone, saw missed calls from my parents, siblings and friends. They'd sent messages cursing "where the  hell I'm" I just scrolled through their messages and switched off my mobile again.

I started looking around. It was Sunday that's why so much of crowd was there. Although it was cold January month. Many were tourists especially from South East Asia as the countries in that portion have lots of Buddhism followers. There were monks roaming around, some locals with their families, some young couples and then me. They all looked so happy except me.

I was roughly looking around when I saw two familiar faces and I got paled, 'what are they doing here?how did they find me' they were my two brothers.
'Aish, I will not leave her ( my sister) she must be the one who  told them that I was planning to come here if my interview didn't go well.'

I took my bag, muffler from the ground and started walking with quick pace towards the exit of the garden. I was planning to move towards the main gate and take taxi or anything before they could find me.

As soon as I was leaving the gate of the garden, I bumped  into someone. He along with his tall friend turned around. They were wearing some big fur overcoats, a cap and a mask. I couldn't see their faces. But they were not Indians for sure.

"I'm really sorry bothering you, but can I accompany you just as a guide? I will show you this place. Actually some people are chasing me, I want myself to keep out of their sight. They will leave soon."

I don't know why I said that but to my shocked they agreed.

"Yes sure you can..we were already facing some problem.." the shorter one said..
