The Miracle We Met

Chapter 25 - Importance

I was so shocked to see him in front of eyes. Was he real? Yes he was real.

I looked around and all 4 of them were smiling. So it was their plan. No one told me anything about.

"How...are...you....here...are you real?" I touched his arm with my one finger and there he was..real Chanyeol.

"Wow!! You look beautiful in saree." He was looking continuously and smiling.

"Let's go now, we are already late..you two can talk on your way." One of them said.

When we came out of the hotel, 2 cars were there.

"We four will adjust ourselves in the first one. You two will sit in another car." They pointed towards me and Chanyeol.

"Yes!! Finally she is on back seat with me." He smiled.

"Noo.. please listen to me." I was trying to say but,

"Shut up Arushi" Manisha & Rakhi shouted at me. And they sat in one of the car. Their car soon left.

I had no choice but to sit with him in another car.

"Don't you like surprises" Chanyeol said smiling wickedly.

"Can you explain me this current situation? How are you here? You were on your trip to Malaysia, right?" I was curious to know.

"Well it all began when Navi called me from your phone." He explained everything in detail. How he managed other members to go on that promotional event. He also told that his flight landed 1 hour after we landed. But my friends wanted to keep that surprise for later moment. So they divided themselves into two groups. Girls were with me and boys stayed on airport, waiting for him.

"I must say, your friends are pretty cool and caring too.." He said

"I know" I smiled. Actually I was happy to see him. He gave one of the best surprises I have ever received. Ignoring his schedule, he came all the way to India just to attend my friend's marriage. I thought that... I still have a soft corner for Chanyeol.

Soon we arrived at the beach. The sky was pinkish & bluish in colour. Wind was blowing moderately and all types of lighting and decorations could be seen. The scene was mesmerising. One cannot forget that scene easily.

We left 3 boys where other guests were sitting and went to look for bride. She was sitting in one of the room of the resort with bright, wide smile.

Our first glance at her, made us emotional. Literally, tears were filled in our eyes after looking her in bridal dress. When she saw us..she gave us aww look..and we had a big group hug together. After some photographs with the bride, we were all set to go towards stage.

"How was the surprise?" Navi asked coming closer to me and I just smiled.

"We succeeded" all three of them cheered. I was just blushing standing there.

It was our time to enter the wedding area, groom Saurabh was already present on the stage. We entered in the beach area, with a piece of dupatte, over our head. The corners of the duppata was held by Navi's brother and a light 'Din Shagna' was playing on the background.

I was busy handling my saree and heels, when I looked up. Chanyeol was standing there, all giving a big smile. My heart started thumping so fast because of his, that look.

He was having his mobile in his hand. I don't know whether he was recording or clicking pictures.

When our eyes met, he said, "Yepuda"(Beautiful in Korean)
I blushed and lowered my eyes down.

We were on the stage when they exchanged garlands. Next, Navi's family asked us to click pics first with the bride and groom. We three took some pics together with them.

Next we called Shakti, Deep and Chanyeol on the stage. They congratulated new married couple. And we stood as couple and clicked pictures. Manisha & Deep, Rakhi & Shakti and me & Chanyeol.. I was still confused whether this was real or dream.

I was peeking with my corner of my eyes towards Chanyeol but I was caught red handed by him. He just smiled and asked to look in front. I got embarrassed.

We came down from the stage. Photoshoot was still going on. "Let's go and feed ourselves" someone said and we all agreed.

To my surprise, Chanyeol became good friend with Shakti and Deep. They were eating and gossiping together. We, girls, were like, how that happened? When did it happened?

But we were happy to see them together. It was time for the real Shaadi in Mandap. For that, we have to return back to resort near beach. We booked our chairs just to sit infront of Navi so that we can tease her.

The rituals started soon. We three girls were sitting in front and at the back, boys were sitting. We can hear them talking to Chanyeol, explaining the rituals. We were also surprised that they were knowing so many things. We haven't expected it from them.

I got a call from home. I stood up and searched for a quite place. I found a place but it was bit far from the wedding place. I talked to mom and told her that wedding was going on. She asked some questions here and there and then when she was fully satisfied, she hanged up.

I looked in front. A calm ocean was waving. Quarter part of the moon was shining brightly. It seems as if, both were looking at each other and appreciating each other. The night was a medium for them..I was lost in my own thoughts when someone poke my shoulder from behind.

I looked around and saw Chanyeol.

"Why are you standing here?" Chanyeol asked coming parallel to me.

"Nothing just looking at the sight" I replied.

"It seems like you too like oceans!" He was looking in front.

"May be" I replied.

"Arushi, I have a question for you?" Chanyeol looked in my eyes.

"Question?"

"Is Suho hyung...still...that important to you?" He spoke suddenly.

I was shocked.
