27th Desire – Dearly Beloved

I kept on admiring the diamond ring that my husband-to-be gave to me on the night where he proposed to me. Mabigat sya sa daliri ko, di kasi ako sanay na may parating singsing. Pero kahit ganun sinusuot ko pa din ito.

I just get out from my shower, as I kept on looking at the marvelous stone on my ring finger as I spread my hand in front of me. It’s been a week, pero hindi ko pa din mawala ang excitement ko na magiging forever na kami ni Dylan.

A warm set of arms draped around me — cuddled me, kissed the side of my neck. His warm lips lingered and left a sweet sensation as he traces the curve of my neck. I start to breathe heavily, as I anticipate every move he make. “You look wonderful.” He whispered with his hushed voice — his lips move onto my skin as he says the words with warm breathe radiating throughout my body.

Tumingin ako sa salamin na nasa harapan namin. He looked so handsome and refreshed.

“I missed you.” Ang tanging nasabi ko. I faced him and we kissed passionately. Parang hindi pa sapat ang isang gabi na makasama sya. So I took him back to the room and have another moment with him.

Ngaun ko na lang kasi sya nakita uli, after ng proposal nya. The day after that wonderful and magical engagement party after ng proposal. Agad agad na. Pagkasabi ko ng ‘Yes’. Biglang lumiwag at lumabas na ang lahat. He told me na ung lupa na un ay ang magiging future house naming dalawa.

He designed the place and kailangan na lang nya ng ilang suggestions ko para maging perfect para sa aming dalawa. He looked so excited about it all. Gusto nya bago kami ikasal maiayos na ung bahay at gawa na. para dun na kami uuwi pagkatapos ng kasal.

After that he told me na kailangan nila umalis kinabukasan kasi ng concert nila sa Cebu and doing some gigs sa mga radio stations and mya sikat na bars dun. Kaya umabot ng isang lingo, so I was left with my bride’s maid to help me out with all the planning.

Though matagal pa naman ung magiging kasal. Kasi may incoming pa silang US Tour, so baka pagkatapos pa nun ang kasalan. So mahabang pagpplano ang gagawin ko.

Pinaubaya na din nya sa akin lahat ng gagawin sa kasal. Kahit magkano daw ang magastos ko e. Doing good naman ang band nila so bongga ng konti ang nasa isip kong kasalan.

After namin maglampungan, nagbihis na ako to go to an appointment para sa magazine.
