<The Daily Recap>

"I brought coffee and my boyfriend!" Lucas shouted, as an excited Kuanlin walked beside him into Yuqi's office, not noticing the way Shuhua and Yuqi both flinched from the loudness.

"Jesus, Lucas, it's 8:00 in the morning." Shuhua complained, while Lucas held his signature smile, placing the coffee on the cheap coasters that Yuqi had provided.

"So? That's why I brought coffee." Lucas stated matter of factly, while Yuqi just rolled her eyes, uttering a small 'thank you' for the coffee as a familiar cinnamon taste budded on her tongue.

"There we go." Yuqi sighed contently as she sipped on her coffee, occasionally tuning into the conversation happening around her, as she finalized her article that she was supposed to finish last night.

"Did I tell you that the boss wants to see you two? I don't think anyone has talked to Baekhyun since we got the jobs here!" Kuanlin said, as Yuqi's eyes widened in curiosity, her article was finished anyways.

"Are you serious?" Shuhua asked with wide eyes, as Lucas looked amused.

"Yes, it's so weird! Apparently it must be something important, as no one has ever been individually called into his office before." Kualin responded, as Lucas nodded in agreement.

"You guys better head over there now, he doesn't like to wait from what I've heard." Lucas added, as the two of them stood up nervously, trekking down the hallway until they reached his door.

"Here we go." Shuhua whispered, pushing the door open.

"Ah, my best workers! Come on in!" Baekhyun beckoned to them with a smile, allowing the girls to take a seat cautiously on his black leather couch as he shut the glass door.

"You asked to see us, sir?" Yuqi asked, as he nodded, pulling out a set of papers from his cabinet.

"Yes I did. There are two cases that I need my best girls on, and the two of you fit the memo perfectly!" Baekhyun answered cheerfully, as Shuhua silently judged him, her face hiding a mean scowl.

"We're working with Lee Tech, if you've ever heard of them. Mark Lee, the founder, is getting married to Minnie Yontararak, the CEO of Yontararak Industries, and I need my best writer and photographer for the job!" Baekhyun announced, as Yuqi almost dropped her cup, with her friends looking at her in concern.

"He didn't say Minnie, did he? Like the Minnie I used to date before her dad almost killed me?" Yuqi's eyes were wide with shock, and slight annoyance, as she really wouldn't be able to say no to the offer.

"So you want Yuqi and I to cover the wedding?" Shuhua asked, as Baekhyun nodded, handing them a couple of papers, one that Yuqi recognized as a first class plane ticket.

"Mark is allowing me to send two reporters to attend the wedding, and you two are the best on my crew. This story is vital for our company if we want to beat out our competition." Baekhyun explained, as Yuqi gulped, not expecting that she would now be attending the wedding of the girl she still had feelings for.

"How ironic." The taste of Yuqi's coffee now stung her tongue; it was quite bitter.

"What's the second task?" Shuhua asked quickly, trying to take the tension off, as Baekhyun nodded, thanking Shuhua for reminding him.

"Yes, that too! 'Jelly Labels' and 'Culture Dance Studio' are having a collaboration event where the company is looking for talent to sign to their label." Baekhyun started.
