Section: Background information 1. So I don't have any big issues here. However by human do you indicate him as a muggleborn? I am just going to assume that for this 2. Next, is about the appearance, there needs to be a bit more. For example, what shape of glasses does he wear? Luckily, this isn't a big problem so I believe this could be fixed easily. :) Besides that, there isn't any problems at the start usually anyways, so great job!

Section: More Background 1. His personality actually seems really great in my opinion. However, by when you mean he generally studies when he interested in it, does it work the opposite like if he isn't interested he isn't that concerned with this topic? How is he charming? I could see that from examples and evidence that he could be a hard learner when he desire and he is a loyal person. Maybe explain those points provided. Does loosing house points makes him an outcast in some way?
2. The relationships are quite well executed and I like that, but maybe more information about their current life and how Sergio feel about his family because they seems quite distant. Besides that, we have little information about their siblings. I'm going to seek more information in background.

Section: Relationship plus Background issues Adding on the relationship problem: How do these characters tie in with Sergio. What's their point there? How does it impacted Sergio as a person with this tight family tree.
Anyways, I think that you might need to add on a little more weaknesses to balance out with the strengths. Besides that, I think this is a really great starting character!
Big issue here: There seems to be lack of details and background provided, like background story, which could explain his childhood and is the roots of his personality. I would consider going back and if you have like any new thoughts on a section, just throw it in. And lastly, we need to know how he joined Hogwarts and how he develop as a person.
! Overall! This is a simple, and I could definitely see the potential in this character, we just need some renovations and we are good to go!
