Alright, give a little more information regarding the relationship. Such as, what roles did they play in Grant's life? I love his personality, personally it works great! I do not have any problems with his likes.

So, how did he raised up and climb his way to become one of the higher ranks? For the Inami and Jason parts I'm still a bit skeptical, maybe use more description, since saying they stuck out isn't enough. Maybe say how they were different from the others, personality wise, fighting wise, it doesn't matter. Besides that, I actually quite like his backstory, and I do realize it will develop over time!

It okays if it isn't done, it's a great base and I like it a lot! Okay, so hopefully his phobias could play a role in the story development later on. I really like how you added pyrophobia! Anyways, for his statsmaybe add a 5/10 since it's a bit high. Needless to say it's an interesting OC!
