This is fairly short so I am just going to smash it one section.
1. This is one of those typical base character. What I mean by this is that you have a concept of your character already yet you probably haven't gone into the character deeply. Which is basically going on here, we have a character right here on the track of becoming a well developed character.
2. Lack of details, so overall from the information provided I can't offer a great review because of lack of details. Like said early, this is a great base for starters but we don't have many details in many places. There seems to be missing areas here and there, like relationship, weaknesses, and well I would definitely suggest trying to tie your personality and background together. For background there isn't much provided nor for personality. But we do have the vaguest or thoughts.
You might consider adding: Relationship Weaknesses A bit more background information, like his struggles, achievements, I have no idea, just what you think made him a character. His experience at Hogwarts?
Yet at the end, like said, I can't perform a great review but overall is just the lack of details. But it great concept for the character!
Anyways, I would look further for this character, it's overall a good starting concept, but like I said, I can't do a really detailed review since there is a lot of lacking information.
