"Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
Told you we need to talk but you hid in your room.
Oh baby can't you see it?
Can't you just start to believe it?
The stems are now wilted but you continue to say
Roses are red,
and Violets so blue.
But the colors are faded if I'm telling the truth.
Nothing's the same except for the roots.
We will not change,
So why must we refuse?
If we keep our petals focused on where we came,
Then all we shall find is our noose.
So baby please let us replant and start a new.
Because yes roses are red and violets are blue,
But give them a chance and they'll become the color of the sky's rainy dew."
