Phillips P.O.V
I woke up at around seven in the morning as Theodosia was still asleep. I can't belive she said yes! Now....our wedding... I don't want to leave the wedding stuff all up to her but there's one thing I want. To get married upstate at my grandpas mansion. Well, now what? I sat up and stroked my fiancés' hair as she was smiling in her sleep. I got up and pulled on a green sweater and black jeans as I made up my side of the bed, and went to the kitchen and began to make breakfast for me. I wanted Theodosia to have breakfast in bed. She's been through a lot and this is the least I can do. I sighed and made her favorite breakfast which was bread and butter and a glass of milk and a few breakfast cookies. She'll definitely love it. I placed it on a tray. She'll be waking up in like an hour. I sighed and decided to write her a poem. I finally finished, as I began quietly walking upstairs as she was still asleep. I placed the tray on her nightstand and watched her as she slept.
Is it creepy to watch her as she sleeps? I just admiring her beauty... oh well... I smiled and went downstairs and looked at the piano. I so excited to marry her....I can't wait to smile as she walks down the isle.....Oh geesh. Well, I have to graduate first... I wonder if the protesting is still happening. I sighed and decided to ask google. It said: The protesting is still happening. It is happening in New York, Texas, Florida, Missisippi, Missouri, Detroit, and etc. I sighed. Of course it's still happening. I wonder what Theo is going to do about it.
I sighed as I admired the white grand piano as the sunlight shined against it. I wanted to play but I didn't want to wake her up. I sighed and looked outside as people were beginning to come out and start their day. Speaking of which, I actually need to practice! Let me first talk to Mom... I called mom as she immediately picked up. "Yes Phillip?" I said, " Um...when am I performing?" She said, " Tonight. Anyway, did she say yes?" I said, " Yes Mother. She said yes. Luckily Dad videotaped the whole thing... So, yeah. It was the best day in the whole wide world!" Mom said, " Glad you're happy!" I said, " Thank you- Are you happy?" Mom said, " Yes I am! Theodosia is a wonderful girl. And she will bring you many beautiful looking children!" I blushed said, " Mom! Your going to far! Geesh we aren't married yet! We're engaged first! Hold your horses. Is Pops awake?" Mom said, " He just got up....why?" I said, " Um, can I talk to him?" Mom said, " Okay. " I heard muffled voices as I heard Dad say," Yes Phillip?" I said, " Umm.... What did you do after you got engaged with Mom?" Dad said, " Welll.....we thought about children. Just so you know, your mother was pregnant with you on her wedding day...." I said, "You....Why are Y'all yakking about kids? I'm pretty sure Theo would like to have kids after she's married. We're graduating next Monday y'know!" Dad said, " Oh. Well, get your homework done!" I said, " I did that a month ago. Keep up dad!" Dad laughed said, " Alright, Alright! Well, is your girl up yet?" I said, " Noo. I'm letting her sleep in... " Dad said, " Why don't you surprise her doin'....y'know....like-" I turned red said, " Okay okay! No! I told you I'm not convincing her to have kids with me yet." Dad said, " Did you at least have se-" I said, " Yeha, yeah, yeah. Whatever. Geesh, anyway...." Dad laughed again I asked, " What's so funny?" He said, " You are! Avoiding my questions...." I said, " Ugh! You and Mom are soo.....Ugghhhh!" Dad laughed I said, " Stop laughing! Anyway, are you going to be here to watch me perform? I have a billion more questions to ask you but I don't have much time..." Dad said, " Yes. Oh. Okay. Bye." I said, " Uh, bye." I ended the call. Ugh. What an excruciating conversation! Geesh! "Phillip?" I turned around as Theodosia held the try a up said, " Thank you! That totally made my day!" I smiled said, " Glad you're happy! " She put the tray down and walked to me giving me a hug. I pulled her close and kissed her forehead as she smiled as I pecked her lips. We let go of eachother. I asked, " You excited for graduation? " She said, " Yep! Once that's outta the way, I can finally get married to you!" I laughed she said, " I really like this ring....it's sooo pretty!" I said, " Not as beautiful as you are." She laughed said, " Thank you! Your so cheesy! " I said, " Well, I like cheese. "
She said, " You always. Anyways, I'll be planning the wedding with Angie and my girl gang today..." I smiled as she was already dressed. She was wearing:
( This is what she is wearing.)
I said, " Nice outfit. " She said, " I love the shoes the most! Makes me feel tall!" I laughed as she had her hair in a barrette thingy or whatever as she had sunglasses sitting on top of her head. She said, " Well, I'm out! Bye bye." She grabbed her bag and kissed my cheek, and skipped out the door. I sighed. Just enough time to practice.... I sighed and took out my sheet music, and decided to play Chopins' Nocturne's Op. 9. I smiled as thoughts about Theodosia filled my head. I love her. And definitely don't want anyone hurting her or anything. She's mine. All mine. I continued playing as I stopped. I sighed and went up to our room and made the bed cleaning up stuff. I saw a paper full of sentences as I began to read it. Oh. Just a long thing about our wedding and the protesting. Hm. She sure has been busy. I sighed.
